If you have a plumbing problem, ask for Rico. He is a genius, listens carefully, quickly identifies the parts needed (and all those we were holding that we didn't need, saving us money!), explains how to use them and why they are needed. He's brilliant!

Fine store with fine workers!

For the second time they take the cart I had with lumber items and restock the items while I shop the store for smaller items. The second separate occasion I actually told an associate I was coming back for the cart. 10 minutes later it was emptied and being restocked. Never had an issue like this at any other Improvements stores in over 20 years! Wasting my time, twice! Will drive out of my way to avoid this store.

I love this store, it is the friendliest!
