Right. While retail therapy is generally a pleasant thing, Home improvement is sometimes a necessity. Cleaning up after a flooded basement is not particularly enjoyable, nor is it something that HGTV often showcases in one of their glossy programs. The OC Home Depot changes the dynamic which which once approaches home improvement. The staff are highly articulate, know their stuff, and will bend over backwards to help you with Home Improvement projects. They are kind, good hearted, and ARE. GOOD. PEOPLE. If you are a reasonable human, and are not given to hysterics, or hyperbole then this is the place for you.

My husband and I have remodeled a whole house over 2 years and used Home Depot in Oregon City a great deal. Staff is helpful and patient, it's been a huge help to utilize their store and bathroom, kitchen departments and lumber. Always have what we need even as we finish the closets and pantry.

Store is always busy, I still like to shop there. Never a problem at help desk or checkout. Seasonal displays are very good and about as complete or more complete than other stores.

Service by floor personnel was not attentive, slow to respond and more interested in doing some assigned task or talking to co-workers than helping me, even when asked.

Love this store and it's employees. I can find what I need easily and if I should need help figuring out how to do a project there is someone there to advise me. Great customer service every time I visit!

I received outstanding assistance from Tim who worked with me on my cabinets and counter top needs. I know that's not necessarily an exciting topic and it's also an expensive purchase too. But that all changed when I worked with Tim. He was very informative and helpful and made my experience not only pleasant, but really quite inspiring!! Can you imagine that!! Inspired in the Home Depot Cabinet Dept!! He invested his time, experience and wisdom in my needs and my purchase. And he went beyond that. He shared his enthusiasm, his heart for helping people, his vision! It was really quite extraordinary. I went away deeply inspired to be better employee and to be a better person!! Who would have thought that would happen on a busy Saturday afternoon in Home Depot!!! Thank you Tim!!

The store was clean and it was very easy to find the dishwasher we were looking for. There was some confusion with our purchase amount. The gentlemen at customer service was kind enough to honor the discount.... But the positive experience ended there. The associate that helped me out from that point on was rude, made me feel horrible the whole time due to the fact Home Depot decided to honor the discount. Once I paid for dishwasher, she ended up leaving me sitting at the desk, waiting on her to return to explain delivery procedures. After sitting there for 10-15 minutes I realized she was not going to comeback and had to find another associate to explain delivery procedures. It still does not end there. The rude associate gave me the wrong delivery date. That resulted in us not getting our dishwasher delivered to us. The next week we had to track down the delivery man and get our dishwasher from him on the side of the road.

Home Depot has everything we needed from home improvement to appliances, tools etc.

The employees are very knowledgeable on the products and locations, and you don't need to talk to ten employees to get an answer.

This is one of the best Home Depot stores I've ever set foot in. I'm new in town and have made several visits so far and have been impressed by how often I've worked with knowledgeable staff -- very important for a home improvement store!! I'd definitely recommend this store.
