My experience, all the way from Texas, was phenomenal. All of my interactions were over the phone and I am extremely happy with the result. Typically people only take the time to leave a review if something went bad/ not their way, however a representative from the Hardware Department and Customer Relations Team worked rapidly, effectively and provided top level service. Looking forward to receiving my item that was in stock in MO while I live in TX. Thanks again to those two individuals! They are an asset to this store and The Home Depot as a whole.

All my questions answered on the refrigerators I was looking at. Made the buying process easy.

I stopped by to get some lumber, I received no help from anyone, not a hello or a simple can we help you. After 20 min going thru lumber I found a few pieces. Went to cashier, one was having trouble looking up an item, which happens however the other cashier was paying no attention she was as it appears on a personal cell, after me saying something she opened her register, did not say a word to me as I left I said your welcome . 2 other employees at the exit door I overheard them talking about how bad customers are. I was extremely disappointed with my visit. I try to spend my money local and will continue, however my experience was very disappointing, thank you for listening. Respectfully yours

Best experience ever with a list of materials needed. The Merchandising Manager, Matt, took my list, grabbed a cart, and he took care of everything. We are remodeling a home at The Lake, and knowing the type of exceptional customer service this store has, from the friendly check out, to the employee who loaded my truck, we will shop at this store for everything!

This store never disappoints. We often shop here and have never been disappointed with the customer service, the ability to return items, etc. They are well-staffed and friendly. A great place to shop for all our maintenance, business and home needs.

Daniel was super friendly and helpful with loading material in the truck. It's refreshing to see such a happy person in the morning.

I was fortunate to find a blade for my saw. I needed this to finish a home project.

Exceptional employees who are cordial, knowledgeable and always willing to assist. It is enjoyable for me to shop at the Osage Beach Home Depot.

Home Depot makes finding products so easy with their user friendly website. I look up my items ahead of time and it tells you the exact aisle and bay to go to. This saves me so much time when I get to the store so I don't have to spend hours shopping. Home Depot also offers a military discount which I think is very admirable. The employees are always eager to help and the store is always well organized.

Terrible customer service! Asked for help from 4 employees. 3 said they didnt know with no attempt and one pointed towards the back of the store.

Robin just helped me out by taking an appliance order over the phone for my condo at the Lake of the Ozarks. She did a great job and I certainly appreciate all of her help!

This is a great Home Depot store. Store is very clean. They always have plenty of items in stock or are willing to order whatever you need and it arrives quickly and undamaged. Store employees have always been very friendly.

Purchased range to be ordered and delivered. Discussed with employee in department we wanted the range taken away and would be willing to pay the $25.00 for removal. Arriving at home, looked at receipt and it was not included. Called to Home Depot, greeted by a friendly employee and told me it would be added in the notes for the delivery people and it would be free of charge since it could not be added to the order at this time. Upon delivery of the range, the delivery guy would not take the range away since it was not on his order and said was not in his notes. He gave me an 800 number to call, was on hold 15 minutes while waited for the delivery department to be contacted and set up a pickup. Paid $25.00 over the phone and it will be picked up next week.

Our shopping experience at the Osage Beach Homedepot was awesome, the designer went above and beyond and saved us $1200 on our purchase no place else would have done that, they would have just taken my money!
