I haven't shopped at Home Depot for a while, because it was the same as other big bow stores. Couldn't find what we needed and couldn't find anyone to help us. What a difference, every thing was clean and had several people ask if we needed help and if we did later to come back and they would help us. Restrooms were very clean! We will be shopping there more often.

The employees at this store has got to be the most friend and helpful employees, I have ever seen at any store.

I love shopping at Walmart, Lowe’s, and Home Depot to spend my money. However this Home Depot Store has got the best employees. They are very friendly and helpful. I first thought it was just because of the friendly town of Paducah. My wife and I went down the street to Lowe’s several times and not one employee spoke to us. Paducah is a friendly town and we love coming here and we think Home Depot got most of the friendly people. Thank you Home Depot managers for choosing friendly and helpful employee.

I searched on line for renting, by the day, equipment. More specific, wood chipper (branches) and Skid or track loader. Home depot came up as a source. Asked at the desk and was told this Home depot does not do that. Disappointment!

If the Paducah store in general, and Dickie in hardware in particular, are representative of all Home Depot stores, you are in great shape. The store was neat and uncluttered. The associates all were welcoming and efficient. I will definitely go there again. It was a very good experience from the moment I stepped in the store and was welcomed by the lady in garden, to the moment I left and was invited back.

All stores in Paducah should model their stores after this Home Depot. The associates were friendly and very helpful. Was asked several times while in the store if we needed assistance. There was plenty of merchandise and the shelves were full.

The store is easy to get around in and clean. Associates have always been VERY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY anytime of the day I go in to shop. Cashier Jamie is just the best. She has helped me numerous times when I need a contractor to do work on the home I got purchased in Aug. 2016. I always seem to gravitate to here check out lane.

These people go above and beyond. They are always eager to help. I never need to ask to help loading stuff in my truck.

We drove over an hour to shop at the Paducah Ky Home Depot. Every staff member at this store was friendly and would stop and make sure that we didn't need assistance. And when we did need help, the cashier Stephanie (aka Peanut was on her smock) went out of her way to assist us in finding what we needed and even checked us out when time to leave. What a great friendly store to visit and shop in !!

Employees make this store my favorite home store! If I can't find an item, I can count on an employee to help me find an alternative or find something online that will work.

Paducah Home Depot associates are always offering assistance or if I need help. I can not tell you how many times that I have gone to other stores and never even given the time of day. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY! Prices are important but excellent customer service keeps me a HD customer.
