This Home Depot has always been really great every time we frequent the store for our purchases.This is a small town and thats the only home improvement store in town.

Our review of this Home Depot is excellent because each and every time we go there they always have everything we want in our small little town of Pahrump,

Employees are helpful and friendly and willing to answer questions. They far outrank stores in the San Fernando Valley.

the store is always clean and free of clutter in the isles; employees are readily available for any help needed.

My husband and I always have a great customer service experience at Pahrump home Depot. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Store is always clean, we find what we are looking for or staff assists. We especially appreciate that on those blistering summer days they provide free water to customers.

The employees are very helpful. My pick up order was ready and all packed up when i showed up to receive it.

Thanks to the Pahrump Home Depot I was able to finish my lawn with no issues what’s so ever. They had everything I needed and very thoughtful employees that kept helping me even on the way out. Any store is only as good as the people employed there. This store is well known for helpful folks from the area all of whom seem to have a desire to make the shopping experience fast and efficient. Thank you, management, for creating the culture that promotes this.

Everyone is so helpful, down right kind! I get asked if they can be of help wherever I am in the store. I always know that I will be able to find what I need at this location. Having been in a few of your facilities, I am convinced that this is the best one! It is always clean and completely stocked.

I visit this store at least once a day 5-7 days a week it's the "BEST".

Although I did not need assistance it would have been appreciated to have been asked at least one time by the 5 different employees that past us. Store was clean. A piece of product that I did purchase I was not really happy that all the boxes of that same item were open in one fashion or another. I have had bad experiences from purchasing open product to find that the product does not work and when I go to return it or exchange it am given trouble from the customer service representatives.

This is the second time purchasing an appliance from this location. Though I understand it would not be feasible to carry even half the inventory that is available from Home Depot, they could at least ship it to the customer in a timely manner. i made this purchase on 3/2/2018, and delivery is supposed to be on 3/15/2018. i think 2 weeks is rediculous for any appliance. My last purchase was a refrigerator. Since my home was then without a refrigerator, even one day is too long. That forces the customer to purchase something off the floor and if I remember, it wasn’t exactly what I wanted, but I had no choice. Someone should also commend the salesman that I dealt with. He was very pleasant and went iut of his way to help me and everyone else I saw him deal with. i think his name was Kevin Brown.

Normally you have to tackle a store employee to get any help, not this time. Went in to look over refrigerators, got the information I needed came, back and was helped right away. One of the first times I received A+ customer service from this store. Sure hope it continues.

We're Home Depot people anyway, but the Pahrump store is a notch above. We like it.

There is almost always a knowledgeable associate willing to assist as needed. The store is usually neat and orderly and stock levels are usually available in most departments.

Good store. Well stocked with plenty of inventory. I like it. Usually the time to get checked out is minimal, which is great.

We are very happy to have Home Depot in our small town of Pahrump, NV . We used to have to drive one hour to Las Vegas before . We are also stockholders in the Company, so like to see you do well and shop ourselves at this store whenever we need something. It also provides jobs for our locals as Jobs are hard to get. The Home Depot in Pahrump, Nevada has so many useful products for remodeling or building a home, office or workshop including a lovely garden center with plants, pots, patio furniture, irrigation supplies, pool supplies and plant food and many other products. It also has a generous selection of many, many products which can serve as never having to go to another store to look for the same item. Their employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and always will help you find whatever you cannot find. It is very easy to find someone to help, just look for the Orange Shirt. I recommend this store to anyone looking to remodel or replace items or just simply look around and window shop!

This is my 4 the time at this store since moving to Pahrump and everyone is always helpful.

Great store and employees. Small town friendliness and helpful employees and not crowded as sometime Vegas stores are. Great store and attitude of employees. Very helpful. Only need employees in their area of work, sometimes hard to find a person like in Hardware dept, but generally helpful and available employees that are there.

This store in Pahrump is smaller than other one in Vegas, but it has the small town friendliness and the employees are always willing to help and have a good attitude. It is attitude that counts today and I am very happy with our Pahrump Home Depot
