Great shopping experience......close to home and quick exit at cashier's

The customer service is severely deteriorating at this store. I shop it weekly and the associate attitude for the most part is terrible. As if they are doing us a favor for shopping there. There are still a few shining stars in there like in plumbing but overall not even the Manager is readily available for a question and/or concern. I waited 21 mins last time to speak to Manager and he never showed up so I left. I'm going to start shopping elsewhere

This store opened promptly following Harvey. I know many employees and their families suffered just as much as anyone else in the neighborhood. Because everyone showed up for work and because the store was stocked with the right supplies, I was able to take of my home and then take care of my family that much quicker. Thank you.

Chris Burton and his team including Veronica Williams, Andrew the night manager, Dajala, Jimmy, David, and Ashfra did an amazing thing today for Urban STEM. We are a non-profit led by Dr. Monique Micheaux that facilitates robotics competitions in Houston. This store agreed to provide us with a 50% discount on over $300 worth of materials we needed to build our competition field for the BEST Robotics competition to be held at South Early College High School on November 11th. Thank you so much for your generosity. This gift will help hundreds of students around Houston learn, compete and achieve through this event. Best management and staff EVER! What started out would could have been a 'pain in the butt situation' turned into one of, if not the best 'great' customer service moments I have ever experienced. The mindset of this management team should be a model of how stores should be run. Thank you Home Depot for making me feel like a valued customer! I am a fan for life.

to me this is the best store

Many people at the customer service desk are NOT proactively helpful and just not customer friendly. Only when you ask for a manger do you get simple seevice.

These people were well prepped to help with us in flood recovery.. the prices were good and the selection was just fine. There were plenty of knowledgeable associates staffing the store which made getting in and out a lot quicker.

Store was open after Harvey. Lumber assistant and cashier Elsy made the trip worthwhile.

For some reason, they are always missing the items I need. A poor inventory control of its products. Their employees are hard to find for assistance and many have a bad attitude when you ask for help. i am finding myself driving farther to go to Lowes for itmes.

Aaron in plumbing is terrific! Knowledgeable, sensible, efficient, he quickly finds exactly what you need, offering different options where applicable.

Store always seems busy but it is never crowded and getting in and out is a breeze. Usually don't need much help finding anything but when I do, someone can always point me in the right direction.

The employees at Home Depot #0566 Houston are extremely helpful. Unlike their competition they were eager to help us even up to closing time. Victor let his fellow employee know that we were there and waiting for his assistance. While the other employee was waiting on a customer, Victor found the product we needed and made our transaction easy and fun. As we left the department two other employees asked if we needed help then assisted us out of the store as it has closed by the time we finished. They were extremely friendly and kind. They told us that they were the night shift and were there to do restocking. The store was nice and clean and we are very pleased with the overall service.

Need cleaning or household supplies, and don't want to fight the crowds at Walmart or Target? Then come here. Home Depot has the same high quality, name-brand cleaning products; in stock, and often on sale. There are also plenty of cashiers or self-check out options available, and/or plenty of staff available to assist. This is my go-to place to stock up on all of my house cleaning and lawn supplies!

This is the best location in town!! The staff at the Pin Oak location is so knowledgeable and are actually waiting to help you! No more chasing an employee around the store trying to catch their eye or waiting for them to finish a conversation with a friend about the weekend. Prices are good and stock is more than sufficient. But the best thing is the staff. I hate to go to these big stores and have to walk 10 miles looking for what I need. This trip was a breeze!!!
