Richard is my go to guy at this store and yesterday he was a rock star and sent me off with 2 light parts to replace defective ones on a fixture we had. He had to be a bit of a superman to accomplish this task and I so appreciate him for making our lives easier. That said, each and everyone of the employees at this store are always kind, courteous, super helpful and go out of their way to make my visits successful along with being just plain fun sometime. I am not just saying this, but my list of super star employees would have everyones name on it. Thanks Port Orange Home Depot, you are my favorite store to shop at when I am flipping a house or just need something for our own home!!

During last year's hurricane I gave this store 5 stars for overall customer service and hard work. I can't do that again after my most recent experience. I shop here 2-3 times/wk. I see dogs in the store on almost every occasion. Since I only needed a box of nails I brought my extremely well trained, well behaved dog on my quick stop. While other customers were petting my dog the employee @ the customer svc desk screamed from 35' away 'IS THAT A SERVICE DOG!!?' I was taken aback/shocked. I said 'no' of course and she continuing to yell 'YOU CAN'T HAVE THAT DOG IN HERE!' I profusely apologized and tried to explain that I thought it was ok since I had seen so many other dogs so I thought it was ok. Then she yelled again from across the store 'WELL THAT'S BECAUSE I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO ENFORCES THE POLICY!!!' As everyone was now stopping to stare @ me and my dog, other shoppers were as shocked as I was @ how rude she was. I certainly appreciate being informed of the stores policy and didn't intentionally violate it - however I was appalled and embarrassed @ the behavior of the employee. I would never let one of the staff members @ my place of business speak to a customer in the manner I was spoke to.

I bought a new GE microwave and the delivery service was outstanding. The 2 men quickly and neatly removed my old microwave and installed the new one in about 8 minutes. They were friendly and extremely professional. They also mentioned an upcoming sale as we were chatting about my stove.

We have been going to home Depot in numerous occasions for home improvement products and garden. Things are well organized and quick to find. My husband I are very satisfied with the products we have bought and will continue to visit home Depot for future necessities. Assistance and associates are always available when we need them.

Mark, in the Paint Dept., is a skilled and refreshing customer service provider. He made a daunting task easy with his cheerful demeanor and expert knowledge.

This store is the best for succulents if you are looking!! I went to Home Depot first and bought one of everything they had, good choice because the other store was outrageous!! At Home Depot the prices were great!! They have the soil right there with them! The customer service in the garden center is always responsive and available. I love our local Home Depot! I never have a problem finding someone to help me. I know our city is changing and new residents can be really unfriendly, but the patience of these employees is above and beyond. You guys rock! Speaking of rocks...can we carry more flat rocks for painting on? and please carry more unique Dremel parts... ;)

I enjoy shopping at my local Home Depot. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and always willing to help, whether it's answering questions or helping me find items.

This store ROCKS!!!! Bob and Kitty are 2 awesome emplyees. Really should shop at this store.

Most of the time whatever I ask someone for a know where it's and that's pretty much all I need summon employee unless I need to know something about a certain product that I don't know about are usually pretty helpful especially in electrical department I was very impressed with the person you had working there that particular day I was there

Staff will make or break any business. It's all about feeling wanted and important and the employees in this store went above and beyond. Besides being knowledgeable of their independent departments, they also took tome to treat me like I mattered and in a busy day that sometimes makes your day! The way they all put my needs as their priority enabled me to go about my day with no complications. I would definitely recommend coming into this store for all your hardware needs!

This store is understaffed and very poorly trained customer service people.They try to avoid you when you're needing help and have been told that this is my my department go see that departments associate. I took the time to talk to a manager before I left very nice young lady but I feel that it went in one ear and out the other.

One bad apple can ruin the bunch: Most if my experiences at Home Depot have been quick and painless. Today, an associate walked by me asking how I was doing. I replied, “Lost...” The associate acknowledged what I said, “Lost?!” but kept walking towards another department. I finally found the wax ring for the toilet on the back wall (away from the toilets). No one else had anything to say to me until the guy on crutches monitoring the self checkout lane.

I shop at this store all the time and I am very please with all the employees and the store in general. It is a pleasure to shop at.

Was shopping for lamanent flooring and found what I was interested in. Scott, the flooring specialist, was very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions. He assisted me and answered questions when asked. He took time not only with me but with another customer prior to meeting with him. So friendly and helpful. He even worked through his lunch hour getting my processing completed. Thanks Scott!!

Recently had to purchase a range. Theresa in Appliance Dept took extra time to help me make a decision on range and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely return to this location for any future needs.

The store is in a great location in Port Orange with ample parking for customers to get in and out quickly. The store has wide aisles and products are easy to find as aisles are labeled along with bay numbers. If you need help finding a product in the store, simply search for a product on the Home Depot website and it locates the product by aisle and bay number. There is a nice selection of cleaning products for your kitchen and bathroom including counter top sprays and carpet cleaners. I would recommend this store when you need a variety of products for your home.

This store has everything you need and then some. If you search the website for in stock items and it says not at your store just call because I have done the same thing and not called and they have it. Nobody uses the phone anymore I guess (Guilty). They are very polite and friendly

Very friendly personnel who care about the costomers. It has been so easy for me to return the purchaed items. friendly and fast services.

Store is full of friendly, helpful staff. Cannot say enough about Tom in the paint department. Just a really great guy to deal with. Generally better stocked than the internet lists on product availability so it's worth the trip to go there instead.

I run my own flooring and remodeling business here out of Port Orange and go to this Home Depot quite frequently. The employees here are knowledgeable and friendly. All the way from the greeter to Jon in order fulfillment Janet at returns to Teri at the pro desk with there help they make my experiences here enjoyable. Thank you all

This store is always clean. Everyone always takes me to the item I’m looking for instead of just pointing..I am disabled and this courtesy is appreciated..The employees go out of their way to be helpful and to make conversation about things that interest me

They go that extra mile for me. Always. They suggest ideas, short cuts to make it easy on me. Especially if I'm working on something new. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love my home depot. ♡ Mila ♡
