I have multiple home projects ongoing and the staff at my local Home Depot is beyond excellent. They are willing to always go the extra mile to make sure I have all the materials necessary for my numerous projects. Courteous and kind is a trademark of my local HD staff and PATIENT, as I often try to combine my projects so my visits can get lengthy due to seeking the most competitive prices for items. I have been to other Home Deport locations and I am certain my home area store (West Quincy, Massachusetts, 02169) is BY FAR the most pleasant customer service store.

I would have to say the biggest asset Home Depot has is the people who work there. The other day I had asked someone named Mason a couple tricky questions and he answered them thoroughly in a genuine manner and made everything easy.

I went to the Willard st store to buy paint. There was no one at the paint station. Another employee paged for someone to come help me no one came. I waited for 10 minutes and then decided to leave. At checkout the nice woman ask me if I found everything I said yes but, I really wanted to buy paint. Another employee rudely smirked and said there is no one because they leave at 8 pm. This is ridiculous because Home Depot is open until 10 pm. If a customer needs paint or a key made there is no one to help you. I thought it was strange that there we about 10 employees at checkout talking to each other.I feel that customer service really lacks at this location because the employees do not care about the customer.

Had previously purchased 45, 5foot, Emerald Green Arborvitae for a great price of $69.98 each, but was later able to receive a 10% discount on my purchase due to a bulk order special.

I asked 2 sales people about 2 different items and they both stopped what they were doing and took me to the proper aisle.

Eddie in Plumbing is extremely knowledgeable and very willing to help.

DO NOT LET STORE DELIVER A PARTIAL ORDER OF LUMBER, YOU WILL NEVER GET THE REST OF THE ORDER

Never have had a bad experience here. I shop here very frequently and I always leave satisfied.

Ordered flooring material and installation service. Both this Home Depot store and the contractor USIG did a great job. They are very friendly and professional. And they always honor their work. The contractor installed flooring and quarte rounds. But some quarter rounds came off. USIG actually gave me a call and offer to fix the problem. And when I return the extra material I didn't need to Home Depot. The staffs would make sure I got the refund right. Both Home Depot and USIG really taking customer satisfaction seriously. I will definitely return to them for more service later on!

Home Depot needs to do much more to cater (i.e. give in a little) to the HOH (hard of hearing) community. Masks only frustrate ability to communicate. I respect people's wishes to protect themselves. Your Plymouth venue takes the cake for extreme mask wearing and keeping the distance. I gave up months ago asking someone to move their mask(s). Vincent in flooring was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. In one sitting he helped me order everything I needed. He even suggested products that I did not know existed. He definitely made my Home Depot experience worth it.

Heavy on the sales tactics for opening Home Depot credit cards. Preys on elderly customers.

Came to Willard Street Home Depot and was helped by a wonderful man in the lumber section to cut some planks for me. Great Service!

Waited 20 minutes for manager to help with concern...ended up calling Corporate. When obtaining refund, I needed to correct the cashier about the amount of the return She turned to her trainee and said ' see these are the kinds of customers you might need to deal with '. Very unprofessional...and uncalled for. Will not shop this store again.

great customer service in the paint department!

This is the store I most frequently shop at. Generally, I usually find any items that I need without difficulty. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Particular shout out to Johanna in customer service who helped us over the phone and in the store resolve an issue of mistaken overpayment. She was most helpful and instrumental in resolving the issue quickly and competently. Thanks!

Associate in gardening (Vince) was really helpful as was the associate I spoke with first when I came in. I did not get his name but he appeared to have long dreadlocks under a "turban." He later also answered another question I had when I saw him again. I encountered a woman in another aisle who was less interested in helping me but overall my experience with Vince and the other associate made this a great trip.

The store was neat and all of the employees seemed as they respected the job and facility.

For the most part, given the complications of Covid-19 Home Depot has done its best to stay as stocked with product as much as they could

I’m renovating my kitchen and I fully recommend the designer Yanette as she was very knowledgeable about the products, she took her time and made her recommendations . She showed me around the store to the different departments which by the way was clean and stocked nicely. I especially liked how the employees I passed by were courteous and said hello to me. There were a couple products we couldn’t find but Yanette went out of her way to find them and I was very happy when she called me with the good news.
