Good store but several products I needed in the garden center were not on the shelf, so the garden center needs a little help restocking daily.

This is my favorite Home Depot store, I have been shopping in this store for ten years. I go to the store multiple times a week to buy products for homes that I remodel and sell. The price and service is terrific. I like the on-line shopping too! The Associates are very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable. Great store that I recommend to my friends and family.

I ALWAYS ENJOY GOING TO HOME DEPOT. I CAN USUALLY FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR AND WHILE LOOKING AROUND I CAN GET NEW IDEAS.

To get home career training about your home, Home Depot is where its'at. With upper crisp resolutions and obvious great customer services in each of their Stores it comes to no surprise to discern minute gradations that represents profile covering every aisle.

The check out staff at this store is excellent. They are more than willing to help and are the most friendly people in the store. Katy is great.

everything went well. I asked for help and received it. I found everything I was shopping for.

After waiting for assistance to order a garage door I finally found another associate to contact a manager. After that transaction was finished the manager asked another associate to help with doorknobs and he told me he would just be a moment. After waiting another 10 minutes I went in search of him...being unable to find him I did find another associate who was quite helpful. If you expect excellent customer service don't go to this Home Depot..then again it is a lot better than the Lowes!

Joe was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and I have never received the service he gave from any other associate in that store. Joe is defiantly an employee to hold on to.

I love shopping at Home Depot and the people at the Richardson Store are always very helpful and available to ask questions.

I was pleased with my visit to Home Depot. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The prices were reasonable.

The staff in the paint department is excellent. Mainly the two women. They take the time to find out what you want and are helpfu. They made the visit enjoyable.

I went to in looking for a ventahood with all the parts to install it with, an Steven came over and walked me through the whole process and helped me buy everything I needed

I had to change out a faulty light switch in my home. I bought the switch and when I got home I realized it was the wrong color. I was able to exchange the switch for the right color in a fast and easy process.

Great experience was helped quickly and they loaded it in the rain.

Home Depot had the items I needed in stock and was very easy to find.

All the employee were friendly and very helpful. Always knowledgeable re: were product are located.
