THE STAFF IS USUALLY VERY HELPFUL, AND THE PRODUCT SELECTION IS USUALLY GOOD. HOWEVER THE LACK OF HANDICAPPED CARTS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING COMPARED TO YOUR COMPETITOR LOWES. GET SEVERAL NEW GOOD RUNNING ELECTRIC CARTS FOR THOSE OF US WHO CAN'T WALK SO WELL! THANK YOU

If you want some good help (not condescending, not pushy re:sales which is a real turnoff, and no ego) try Chris, knows a lot, has probably been doing this a while (he remembered a brand switch that happened about five years ago at that store). Thought about our problem and gave a good amount of solid info as well as creative suggestions. Great value add. We'll be back.

Riverbank Home Depot has some of the friendliest, most helpful employees around.

I had a horrible experience and a horrible time,everytime I enter this store at this riverbank location. Very rude and unfriendly customer service. There's almost always no one around to help you with anything. If you spot an employee, they're very hesitant on wanting to assist you. I walked in with a damaged box after I purchased it and I spoke with the associate up front and she told me to get it myself. I had three shopping carts full of items and merchandise were falling out. Strangers stopped to ask if I needed any help while employees at home depot walked past me. I've never felt like this. Where wasn't welcomed except at Riverbank's Home Depot. I will never shop there again, even if I have to drive out of my way, to another location. I even had to climb on top of a rack to get to the top for boxes.

Employees are very friendly, if you cant find something just ask!

We purchased an appliance from Home Depot this morning and David Maan provided us with excellent assistance with this purchase.

Employees are very helpful & friendly. Items on shelves could be better stocked. But all & all a good friendly hardware store.

Great store!! Everyone has always been helpful to us!! I've had several employees go out of their way to get tile for me, carry things to my car and even a customer service person left their station and went to another department to help me with my order when no one was in that department. Excellent customer service!!! Thank You!!!

This was our second trip to this store for decking materials. This time it was for deck blocks and screws. Both trips the employees loaded these heavy materials onto the cart and then into our truck. This made this shopping trip so much easier. Will definitely recommend this store to all.

During the week this is my favorite store BUT come the weekend, I'd rather pull out my toenails than to have to go to HD.

I have had in generally good experiences at this location. I would just caution, that if you purchase an appliance, please due your own research and know what you want before you get there. Appliances are big purchases for most of us and I find the associates not adequately informed on the products they carry.

Found the store very clean and easily found everything needed. The prices as expected were very rewarding and I was surprised with the selection of garden items!!!

The Riverbank Home Depot is our favorite store because of the employee's who make you feel like family. We don't feel like home in any other Home Depot. Today probably because of the July 4th sales going on I could not get the assistance I needed until ANTHONY from the lumber dept. jumped in to our rescue. Riverbank you know how to hire the best. Keep it up we love shopping with you because of them.

Special ordered an item that was not stocked, after being told by Home Depot chat line had to order directly at store to get the veteran's military discount. Did order at the store after getting confirmation from order clerk and when item came in to be picked up, while the clerk was trying to get me the military discount a manager there said special orders could not get it? Asked to see another manager who confirmed it. Then why was I told to order at the store to get it? That does not make since as I have special ordered expensive commodes there before and did, in fact, get the military discount, no matter what the manager claims. The item ordered had been brought out, setting in front of me and they refused to sell it to me at the military discount and stated they were required to return to where it came from, some where back clear across the country. I have never had a store do this to me - order something at their instructions and then refuse to complete the order, especially with that item there ready for pickup. Extreme poor customer service, not honoring their military discount for veteran's.

Went to buy a shed to surprise my husband with, but I need help with all the extra stuff to go with it , a service personal assisted me through out the entire store helping me to get just the right stuff! Customer is not dead! Still alive and well at Home Depot Riverbank!

I always like to go to this store, it is always clean and associates are always helpful. I love being helped by Brenda at the Pro Desk. She is very efficient, professional and knows how to handle business. Because of people like Brenda i will continue to shop at the Riverbank Home Depot.

Do you feel the positive vibe while shopping at Home Depot? I do. I experience other customers to be helpful and courteous with each other. And I when I need some help it is easy to look for and find someone wearing an orange apron to assist me. Thank you, Home Depot!
