Very gracious employees. Had all we needed. In and out in slick time. Kids were smiling like Santa's elves. Products were readily available but the real difference is in the kids that are full of knowledge and spunk.

I've always been happy with Home Depot. They've been great to help me out when my I don't know about something and can direct me to where I need to find my items. Too many projects to give a photo. New bathroom door, mud and tape, saws, tools and bits and the best thing is all, even though it's a workshop table, a wonderful adjustable smooth top table to cut quilt squares and make crafts on! Thank you!

Tim and Donnie both helped us in the store and took the time to explain how to install our flooring and lights.

I did not have the card used to purchase a return I was making. The return desk allowed me to use a picture of the card and type in the number to do the return for a store credit. I also purchased 3 toilets. As I made my way to that aisle, there was someone asking if I needed help and he loaded the toilets I needed onto my cart. Then at the checkout, Janis called for assistance and Owen loaded all three toilets into the back of my car. Excellent service all the way around.

Every time I shop at this store, everyone is so friendly and kind. Martha at checkout always has such a sweet smile, and is always so kind. She really makes me feel like the only customer in the building, and I always leave with the intention of returning for more great products and wonderful customer service.

I was shopping at the Riverdale store and during self checkout, using my debit, I requested $20. When I got home I realized I forgot to take the $20 upon leaving. I figured it was gone. I went back to the store the following week and out of curiosity, I explained the situation to the 2 ladies at self checkout. They called the office and my $20 was there. It had been turned in by the employee overseeing the self-checkout the day I was there. I was shocked. I found out his name is Landon...This young man should be commended for his honesty.

If you have found an exact product from another local competitor that is in stock at a lower price . . . Home Depot should honor the match and beat by 10% . . . . Don’t let them give you an excuse about this band is not covered on the beat by 10% . . . . there is no asterisk on the sign in the store. Stand Strong People!

This store had everything we needed and more

I made an online purchase for door stoppers for a remodel and over ordered because the description was not complete online. Because of the over order I attempted to return them and the sales associate making the return was rude complete with eye rolls and demonstrated an unwillingness to help. Because one of the packs were opened, he indicated it couldn't be returned despite the package indicating they were individual units to open prior to shelf placement. Manager had to get involved and employee demonstrated even more frustration with return and was rude after the manager left.

The employees at this store are amazing. We don't go past an employee without them asking if we need help.

I enjoy shopping at the Riverdale UT Home Depot.

Labor Day visit went awesome. I always shop this store and know that I can find what I need.

Jerry and Jose in the carpet department are very knowledgeable, they helped us to choose the best option, have a lot of patience, and give us time to make the right purchase. Sherry at the customer service helped with the new home depot credit card and make the process to be quick. Wes the manager is a nice person and helped us with an issue we were having with the military discount. Thank you team!!!

I needed information on flooring and they were very informative and prompt.

Rainan helped me load the heavy retaining wall blocks into my vehicle.

We have purchased all the things that go in a newly remodeled bathroom. Beautiful Vanities. Bathtub and shower hardware and glass doors. New toilets and sinks. And everything else that goes in a bathroom.. We are more than happy with the quality of everything that we purchased.

Bottom line is they ignored me and helped 2 customers before me when i had been waiting there longer than anyone else. They said their computer screens were blocking their view of me... But they saw the other two people! When i got mad one lady said they were all too busy taking calls, the second lady to ignore me knew the guy she helped and the first lady who helped someone before me would not even look at me when i was making my complaint. I hope they get demoted from the pro services desk. I also hope the store lowers the computer screens so they can see the customers... Or realizes that was just an excuse. I an thoroughly upset with the service i received today and im probably not going to go back even to drive 15 miles to the next closest store.

Our 33 day old top of the line water heater purchased at the Riverdale Home Depot was leaking. When we attempted to return it as instructed, we were accosted by someone named Nomy who should never be allowed to work with the public without a warning sign around her neck. We were treated like petty thieves. She even shunned the people who tried to help. When you spend over $1K on a water heater, you expect it to last more than one month. We purchased the extended warranty, so the costs were fully covered. That did not stop Nomy from being rude, discourteous, and unprofessional.

Always friendly, always kind, I never have to worry about “limited stock” like I do with other home improvement stores! Home Depot for life!!
