I pass a competitors store on my way to Home Depot. I appreciate the warm welcome and the friendly atmosphere that seems to be the culture of the Home Depot Brand. I would simply say be careful who you employee to carry your name because some of the staff is not as friendly as I am accustomed to them being. I don't need to be personal with the employees just respected and appreciated as a consumer supporting their store. Each member should view their jobs as relevant to the success of the store. Thanks for providing a quality product at a fair price, accompanied by good service.

John Hammett went above and beyond to help my mother with her blinds purchase. He was unable to locate the correct blinds so he upgraded her purchase. He was so nice and his assistance was appreciated. Cashier Connie at the Service Desk was so kind and let us check out there. Thank you both John and Connie for your exceptional customer service !!!!

This store is convenient for me since I live a few miles away and the store is always well stocked and the staff is friendly.

Staff is very friendly didn't make me feel unwelcomed when I visited their store minutes before closing time to get a part. My cashier Reannon was awesome, she was very kind and friendly!! Every time I visit this store it's a great experience!

The store was clean. When we asked for help finding clamps yhe associate was very helpful. Also when we needed helpnloading our truck someone was there to hrlp.

She greeted me at first sight, inquired about my shopping experience, and lastly informed me the store cared about my feedback and solicited via this survey. Associates are very helpful and courteous. They seem genuinely interested that the customer finds the right product and offers their expertise in the product. For me, that's very important.
