I went to the Hardware Department looking for a tool. Working in the department was an older man with white facial hair. He told me that the store did not carry the tool I was looking for and told me to go to the service desk. Before I went to the service desk, I asked for the part number. He told me that the service desk would find it for me. When I went to the service desk, there where two young ladies working there. Both were engaged in a conversation and did not pay any attention to me even though I was standing in front of the desk. It was not till I said "Excuse me," that they payed any attention to me. Phoebe treated me like I was ignorant, and she was annoyed that I didn't have a part number. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a HomeDepot. Every employee I came into contact with seemed to be distracted or annoyed. I usually shop at the store in Spanish Springs and I have never experienced customer service that was bad like this.

Wonderful customer service and a clean store that is almost always stocked with everything I need for my project.

I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner by a woman at the paint counter in the Steamboat Parkway store on 10/29/17 in the afternoon. It was nice to see enough people working there to be able to give prompt and efficient service. After getting what I needed in another part of the store, I decided to go back and get a second paint sample. Again, I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner by a man. I mentioned that I was having trouble finding a color and the woman gave me a catalog with all of the Behr colors. That was very helpful. I will go back to this store to get more paint and do other shopping. Again, it was refreshing to get prompt and extra-courteous service at a paint counter.

Today we were given a discount on our merchandise because it was dirty.

People here are very friendly, and we have always been able to get customer assistance when needed, without having to wait. Clean, well stocked, and helpful customer service associates!

Due to physical limitations, I brought in a plant that had overgrown its pot. The staff in the garden area couldn't have been more helpful. After purchasing what was needed, a staff person properly planted my plant for me as I watched. He was polite, obviously educated and caring. Everything I needed was at the store. I can't say the same for Moana Nursery!

We were looking to buy two storm doors, had your folks come out and measure our doors. Went in to the store and talked to Tom and a new fellow in training several times. There were computer issues with the measurements and after about a hour they said that they needed to talk to the guys that did the measurements and would call me the following day. The following day was a Friday and I called about 4 pm and was told the gentlemen just left for the day. The person that answered the phone wanted to help so I told her the issue we were having and that I was not happy that the commitment to have someone call me has not happened. She said that she would send a message to the department head and that we would be called. I waited for three days and that did not happen so we went in again and this time talked to the department head, we were told, who also had some questions about the measurements. He made lots of comments on our paperwork and said that someone would be calling me in the next couple of days. To date, we have heard nothing at all and it is now October 1st.. We are no longer interested in buying our storm doors from you as we are not going to constantly call or go in person to find out about what is going on with our quote. This whole process on started on 8/25/17. We would like our $35.00 fee for measurements returned to us as it was to be credited when we ordered the doors!!! We tried very hard to make that happen to no avail. We are looking elsewhere to find our storm doors.

Every employee at this store had enthusiasm. Plenty of material in stock to choose from and the store was clear of clutter and easy to navigate the large panel carts.

Highly recommend this store. Courteous employees ready willing and able to assist. They are knowledgeable about the products. Easy to find products, good signage help direct customer to the right locations. Great products, Great price.

We received outstanding service at this store. All of the employees were helpful and went out of their way to make sure we found everything we were looking for. Our visit was capped off by no wait to be checked out by Nicole who was as friendly as the rest. I am glad this location is right around the corner from our new home as I feel confident we will always receive the help we need.

This store has some of the most helpful employees around. They are fantastic! I am generally able to find exactly what I need in the store and it is always clean.

Dale is very helpful and he likes to explain things and he was so genuinely interested in making sure I would grab everything that I needed which help me buy additional things that I did not think of but, that I was going to need. I was only going there for a 4x4 piece of wood and I ended up with an outlet steel box, frame anchors, and even batteries. He was not trying to upset me. His reminders helped me a lot.

Darrell in the electric department is an amazing staff member. Very helpful and courteous. He is very knowledgable and will help you with a smile from beginning to end. Store manager (Tessa) didn't know the price match policy for online sales. Told me they don't match online (amazon) but website clearly says they do .....How the Low Price Guarantee works for online purchases: Our Price Match Guarantee includes the price of the item(s) plus shipping cost. Price Match items must be available from competitor to ship to customer’s location. Online purchases are not eligible for the in-store 10% Low Price Guarantee discount. She told me they don't but she'd do it anyway. Geez, don't do me any favors. If I'm not entitled to something I don't want it. Then she rung the items up and marked them down to $0 - Free. This really made me mad as it makes me feel like she thinks I'm complaining just to get something for free. I insisted on paying the correct price match price. Never an apology or a geez you're right, nothing. The cashier rung me up with the items at the correct price. I felt sorry for her being stuck in the middle. Would not shop here if this store wasn't 1.3 miles from my home.

This is probably the best Home Depot in Reno/Sparks! Every time I visit this store the staff ALWAYS ask if I need any help with anything. When I do need assistance they are extremely knowledgeable or willing to find another staff member if they need help as well. Extremely friendly. This store is very well organized and I usually have no problem locating what I am looking for.

LOVE HOW FRIENDLY THE CONTRACTOR DESK FOLKS ARE!!!.. PAM AND GERRARD THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST TO FIND WHAT YOU NEED, AS THEY DO WITH US ALWAYS, AND IF THEY DON'T HAVE IT , THEY WILL MAKE SURE THEY DON'T HAVE IT OR THE OTHER STORES BEFORE SAYING "WE DON'T HAVE IT".. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!!
