I dealt with Kassandra in your Paint Department. She assisted me matching a paint color. I didn't have a clue what I was doing being a novice and doing my own home repair (painting). Kassandra was kind and took her time to walk me through the process explaining it all and ensuring we got the right color of matching paint for my wall. I was impressed with her empathy, kindness, and willingness to help me without judgement. Plus ... lol ... her big smile helped.

I went in for one thing and came out with multiple, this store has the most friendliest and most knowledgeable employees, forget shopping the competition go directly to the Home Depot on South Santa Fe and if you need help ask for Dave from the service desk!!!

Amazing experience here every time! Knowledgeable staff and thorough product information. I can get any project done (trust me, I am not a handy woman) with the advice and recommendations of these awesome employees! I was feeling creeped out and a store employee went out of his way to escort me to my car and made me feel so much at ease!

Associates, Juan and Danny in the hardware department went the extra mile to help me get 250 ft of wire rope. I appreciate their dedication and superb performance.

During my recent visit, a Home Depot employee named Ross provided my family with extraordinary customer service. His professionalism, knowledge, and guidance ensured we bought the exact items we needed for our rope swing. Simply put, Ross’s customer service was top-notch.

If you have to return something, make sure you have the correct receipt and do everything you can to avoid Tuck. He is rude.

This store can be hit or miss on finding the right person to ask but as of my last few visits to install an irrigation system - I was in a number of times and each person I spoke with had some wonderful tips on products and install!

Steven barber is your to go person if you need any appliance , trustworthy , honest and friendly. I bought my first set of appliance in the US for my first home again in the US from this location and cant be more thankful to him :) .... thanks once again steven ...appreciate it ..

The store is clean and organized. The employees are helpful and caring. On my trip tonight one person stuck out with exceptional service. Also the store manager was great when I wanted to give a pissitive review of San and showed me where to do the survey and was pleasantly surprised by my request.

I am always amazed and pleased when a random employee directs me to the correct aisle for a product..ie a certain size nail...screw. I am contracting with HD for a flooring project. Everyone has been very helpful and patient answering questions.

They don’t make customers wear masks and the employees wear them improperly and/or take them off when they shouldn’t. Plenty of employees around but no one seemed to care. No one asked me if I needed help even though I was there close to an hour. No one cared that a customer wasn’t wearing a mask at all. Total fail.

Excellent Customer Service. After going to another Home Depot store TWICE with an tool issue, Joey P, Jose, Cori and Luis ALL worked through my receipt/tool replacement unavailability conundrum and issued me a credit. I understand the need to be diligent to offer returns/credits and this store took the time to solve my issue. I was about to swear off HD forever and you have restored my faith in HD!

I went on my lunch to get a specific bundle and Lupita went above and beyond to coordinate with Patrick to make sure I was taken care of. I became indecisive but Lupita did not let that stop me from my purchase. She answered every and all questions (I had many) with the upmost accuracy and politeness. She handled everything from tracking down the items to ringing me out. She offered other items that would go well with my purchase and when I couldn't spend more time at the store set a follow-up to make those purchases. I am beyond happy with my purchase and am happy I was able to work with Lupita and Patrick. Very professional and knowledgeable at this location I cannot wait to use my new tools.

They messed up the delivery of my flooring, despite me scheduling the delivery 3 days in advance, and calling 5 times the day of, spending over 2 hours on hold. Wasted a day and a half of time out of sheer incompetence.

If you need an appliance find Steven Barber. He knows his stuff and makes sorting through all the options effortless. I love the products I have purchased based on his expertise. Thank you!

the store is very clean and everyone is so helpful and a lot of the employees know have a lot of knowledge about what's being sold and where the items are

The store always good for all the things to be done in the house be it inside or outside. Our house is closer to the store and it is convenient for us to do some renovations because we could go in there without hassle. It is all in one store, anything you are looking for it's in there. Thank you

Im in home depot practically every week for one project or another: this visit i needed paint. A new associate in the paint department, CJ, was incredible! Great personailty, easy to talk to and genuinley interested in the project i needed supplys for. He is the best associate at anyhome depot ive ever encountered! I truly hope the santa fe store can retain him, he will make my painting needs so much easier!
