I purchased a property two months ago and did a complete rehab and remodel of the home and I am in this Home Depot several times a day every day. Every employee when I’m in the store is always so willing to help me with all my needs. This is a great Home Depot to shop, they definitely make me always want to come back.

Usually it takes me forever to look for what I’m looking for, but not today because of the friendly staff members at this store, they helped me and I was in and out !

Judy helped me to purchase new appliances.

I can honestly say that I've never had better customer service anywhere than what we just experienced with Josette in the flooring department!! Unbeknownst to us at the time, she was very close to clocking out when we walked in. She helped us, gave us her honest and experienced opinions without making us feel rushed. When I was being wishy-washy, cuz it's carpeting and a big decision, she didn't get agitated at all! Instead, she directed me to hold the sample near other items to give me a different perspective! She displayed the utmost patience with my indecisiveness. We were also requesting to switch our order from another store. Josette tried to talk us out of this but we were pretty persistent, which in the end kept her there even longer! During the process of calling corporate to switch the order over is when we found out that she was supposed to have left already. She was on hold, apologized, and asked if she could call her son to let him know that she would be late. We apologized profusely and still... she was fantastic!! Josette is a wealth of knowledge and has customer service skills that go above and beyond, making her a HUGE asset to the Home Depot team!

I have purchased most of my appliances and flooring, window needs from this Home Depot. In each area, the personnel had been working for a good amount of time, and really knew the products.

I went to Home Depot in Schereville. I had to buy a new washer machine. I wasn't really excited about it because I hate the efficiency washer machines. I was unaware that you can still purchase the fill how high you want washers until today! Thanks to Judy, I am very happy with my purchase. Too bad I did not run into her 3 months ago here when I had to buy another washer for my other rental. Thanks Again!!

I love where this store is located because you can get on and off of Rt 30 pretty except when the road construction’s going on. And it has been going on since spring.

The employees were friendly and helpful with my purchase of exterior locks. Unfortunately the store did not have an adequate amount of the exterior lock desired (2).

I wish I would’ve caught the gentleman‘s name, but the guy in plumbing was very friendly and helpful. Also, the cashier was very polite and nice.

After several attempts to try and find somebody to help me in the store. Bryan came along with the young lady in tow that she was learning from his coaching. He was extremely helpful. Extremely knowledgeable and gave me so much more information that I never thought I needed to know about a Brad nailer. I purchased it just because of his knowledge that put me a great ease and confidence to buy. I live one hour and 20 minutes from the store, but I will return and try and seek out Bryan for any help. Thank you Bryan for making my day.

I recently visited this location as I was in the market for a new refrigerator. The selection to choose from was quite large, however, the size I needed required a little further investigation. The associates here were so very helpful in assisting me in finding exactly what I needed. They were friendly and amazing from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I will definitely return to this location for the great selection of products they offer as well as the amazing employee experience.

I love going to this store in May. They have such a good variety of plants. Well taken care of.

I Like the Fact that when you purchase any of the RIDGID Tools they have a Lifetime warranty that comes with all of the purchase’s you only have to Register them and it only takes a few questions and then you are all set!

I can find new products that you can't fine in other stores..

I wish I have more purchasing power with my Home Depot card! I over spent it and Jennifer helped me saved my project! Very grateful to have her!

This store is my main store for household needs. When ever I shop at this store I get service that is needed because I'm a novice in my home improvement.

Had such a great experience selecting blinds for my windows. Everyone was so helpful. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.

Last week we went to Home Depot 2 time and both times there was a person that stood out. Terry and seema! Both were very kind and make our shopping experience so much better!

Deborah , the cashier is the type employee every company should hire. She showed compassion and patience for an elderly customer and it was quite refreshing to encounter someone who works with the public to go above and beyond!

This time around I was really looking forward to seeing the Christmas tree options since I have to replace my old artificial tree, and this location had way more options than the Hammond location due to it being a bigger store in general.
