I got to the cashier and tried to use my veteran ID to get the 10% discount and was told you must register on line to get the discount. To my surprise the cashier took the tie to help me download the app and walk me through all the steps. WOW!

hardware fasteners are very low, same with flash lights

Syed works for Home Depot and can be found walking around the store helping customers if you need help he's your guy he is so amazing and he will answer all of your questions he is very very patient very very knowledgeable and made my experience great and rewarding he helped me select my purchases for my home improvement projects! Mr. Syed is eager to help!

Was going a backyard renovation with my two girls. Involved knocking down some serious weeds, building a volleyball net, and some nice stones and landscaping, and painting cause "we have to paint it dad". All the folks at the 10111 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77584 store were more than helpful and had some really good advice for equipment, tie back methods, and weed killing. Refreshing to troubleshoot with helpful staff.

More than half of the employees are either standing around with other employees just talking or on their phones texting. I hate that this is the only home or hardware store close to us There is no custom service at this store

My first visit to The HD in my new hometown. I said good morning to the garden employee, and do you have any Zinnias? Response, ok, so the cashiers and garden, aren’t going to know where the flowers are…. What? You don’t educate the customer on how not to bother you lol… you learn about where you work so you can help customers, if you don’t know where something is,…. You try to help them find it. I just walked off. This bad service seems to be across the board since I moved to Pearland, Tx. So many effortless people, and laziness. Why? Be thankful you have a job and be glad, to help people. Try. Look together, or ask your manager for help. ETC…..

If you ever need paint matches, or just nees.information about paint options, I highly recommend going to Ms. Sherry at Home Depot in Pearland. She is a subject matter expert on all things paint related, and provides exceptional customer service with a smile and patience.

Enjoyed my trip to the store and although I hate going to home improvement stores, the associate Tiffany helped me to find my product even when the other associate said it was not in the store. I checked the website before going and I knew it was. Thanks to her, we found it and I was able to complete my purchase quickly and get out. Thanks Tiffany!!!!

I have recently been to the paint department at this store on several occasions. The customer service is lacking. They don't ask you any questions about your project and when shown a brochure that has two different paints in it the associate did not ask me any questions about which of the two paints I wanted. And ended up putting it into a different paint. When I asked them why they didn't question me they said that wasn't their job. Very disappointed will not be going to this particular store for paint anymore. It's sad that this is the closest but I'll be going to the Pearland store instead.

It seems like half of the tools in my garage came from this store.

I bought some barn doors that were on sale a few months ago at the end of the fall season. Finally having remodeling done to the home. They look great!!

In the day we live today it’s very rare to get decent customer service. This store has outdone 3 other stores I’ve been to. I’m very pleased to have shopped here and plan on continuing to shop at this location.

Her name is Christy and she was phenomenal throughout my purchase. She definitely went above and beyond from getting my HD credit card until I got my purchase. She followed up on every step of the way with kindness and a great smile - she even got my order 1-week prior to deadline and assembly in the very next day. Honestly, best customer service I got in the last years in Houston. Amazing work!

The shelves were disorganized and messy. The only employees were driving carts. I received a solicitation in the mail and the store clerk/manager said it was "counterfeit" and refused to honor it. This is the worst Home Depot.

This is not related the product but I would like to extend a my gratefulness to the staff and cashiers staff. They are always helpful and has a great sense of urgency. Grate job and continue to drive to the customer experience

THE ASSOCIATES MAKES MY DAY GLITTERING.

I went to buy a John Deere riding mower and at the time to pick up they told they didn't have the key for it. It was my dad Christmas present. So disappointed.

They certainly need to train better and I was not expecting to see and hear a personal FaceTime call while getting checked out ... which I believe caused a lot of distraction. They 6 inch poinsettias for Black Friday was not available or we just weren’t offered assistance thru sales add , our gift card was suspended due to many tries of not being able to be typed in correctly? Management just stood there no help. And it was not busy at all.

Yesterday I had a washer and dryer delivered. The delivery went well, very professional and helpful. The very first load in my new GE dryer the heat didn’t work, the dryer stopped, and wouldn’t come on again.GE wouldn’t replace the equipment until next Friday and when I asked what I was supposed to do with my wet clothes and the stuff in the washer they said “go to the laundromat.” I went in to Home Depot today furious! Toni met with me, understood my anger and worked with me to get new appliances delivered before the holiday. She could not have been more helpful! I ended up ordering an addition appliance and will go back when my refrigerator needs to be replaced.
