Most employees heregive off an I do not care, here for a paycheck vibe. Courtesy is free and does not cost a thing to give it.

The store is a little short staffed however the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This store is nicely located, easy access from the different subdivisions and apartment complex in the Hunter’s Creek area. They have all the items organized and the staff is friendly. Good variety of products.

The store personnel needs training on how to treat and respect their customers.specially some,of theirs cashiers

The atmosphere is professional and everyone is willing to help. I think the store requires more employees with more knowledge of your merchandise. I've been shopping at this store since it first opened. I bought my floor, my kitchen cabinets, my windows, and bathroom and kitchen fixtures, to name a few things, at this store. I am very very satisfied with the services and the products.

I waited 15 minutes in the door department for staff assistance. After she was pulled from another department, Linda in flooring turned my frown upside down. Francis also assisted with my initial shopping transaction (a return), and brought me back to Linda where she completed the first transaction. Linda then escorted me to the checkout line to ensure the final transaction (a purchase) was a success. Thank you both!

I shop this depot store because it is very close to my residence and the employees are very helpful.... I would like to get sale mailings from the garden department on when there is fruit and nut trees available in starts ( small trees in 6 inch pots in citrus, nut, and other fruit trees on sale. Also I would like to see home depot start carrying Aquaponic items for people who grow their own fish and veggies combination gardens. maybe chickens ( chicks) and fish spawn. Food grade tanks and food grade 55 gal drums which we use as beds for growing fish and veggies.

This store has everything I need. I shop often at the homedepot in Illinois, where I live, but I also shop in Orlando several times a year. There is no comparasion to Orlando and Illinois stores because they dont carry the same items. Must be a seasonal thing. Also, my Illinois store has fewer workers and less help to be found. Good luck in finding someone to help you. Occasionally I get lucky caatching someone. In orlando, you can grab someone around the corner in between the aisles for help. They have more business in Orlando.
