I found right what I was looking for in the location where it should have been. Store was clean. Associates friendly as usual.

I would like for them to not ask for my receipt every time I go into the store just because the way I look and I bought something and when I walk out of the store they always ask me for a receipt I don't think they should have the right to do that because the way I look that's why sometimes I'll go to other stores it's not their job to ask for a receipt when I just purchased it that's one thing they should fix at the store

There are always friendly associates at this store which makes for a great shopping experience. Anything that you need should be available at Home Depot. The great prices here are always part of why I shop here.

This store seems to be bigger than the one on Eubank, and seems to always be better stocked. The one on Montano might be a little bigger, but the staff is quicker to be found and be helpful at the Coors site.

We needed some items to fix up my daughters home so my son suggested we go to home depot. the store is very big and since I don't do well with these kinds of things it thought I would be bothering if I asked for help but it turns out that all of the workers I asked for help from were very nice, very professional, and very helpful. I got to the cash register and I met a lovely lady by the name of Fita... (Josefita) she not only spent time explaining the products I had just purchased, but she convinced me to open my own home depot card. The experience was one that I had to share and I appreciate all of the help I received on my visit. I will definitely be returning back the MY Home Depot store :) Sincerely Theresa

I was shopping in the garden area over the last few weeks and Drew was there every step of the way. If anyone needs assistance in garden, I highly recommend Drew. She is knowledgeable on material and technique. She is pleasant and helpful to work with. She is patient and to be honest not one other employee knew the things she knew. The other employees would joke that Drew knew everything. She exceeded any type of expectation I could have had. I'm glad I will get to work with her again. The store was organized and well stocked.

Was looking for a specific color of shingles and employee help me and even found some that were marked down half off! It was two lanes away he walked me to them and said maibe id get lucky and find them there, i did! And saved half ..very helpfull staff

Treated us just like family, refreshing for this day in times, made our shopping easier to spend our hard working money on items we felt were more affordable when we were told we could save $25.00 dollars automatically on our purchase by applying for store credit card, made our hearts lighter. Thank you Patricia a friendly cashier.

Great customer service at this location everyone always has a smile on their face and is ready to help. my son had a birthday party that he wanted Home Depot themed, yarissa and Loren went out of their way to help us make his birthday party absolutely perfect

Poor customer service where associates lacked quality training, common sense or were just lazy. Over-site supervisory guidance/decision making inattentive. One and a half hour to complete a purchase that only took 3 minutes over the phone to process but took a ridiculously to much time to get out of the store with the merchandise is unacceptable! If I could give this transaction a minus star, I would. The future purchase of $5-6K of granite counter tops, $3K of floor tile....forget about it. I'll go somewhere else.
