All employees are hard working and polite

Great experience, and extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly employees. I didn't have to go looking for help. There was help in the several departments I visited, and all went over and above what I would have expected.

I enjoyed my trip to the Home Depot in Taunton. One of the employees helped me bring my purchase to my car for me.

I always seem to find what I need from cleaner, to wood, to tools, to even the tiniest of items like a simple S-hook. Love this store.

Employees are great at this store, always know where everything is and exactly what your looking for.

I know every isle by number , it’s my most visited spot in remodeling, replacing, updating!!

Not sure what is going on, but I have found the quality of my experiences decreasing. Assistance has been hard to come by and products difficult to find. I've been having better experiences with Mansfield and Seekonk. However, I will give it 5 stars for MOST of the cashiers and those at Customer Service in Taunton.

The service desk waiting area is kind of a mess. Helpful employees. Olivia in paint was informative, and super friendly. I hope the next time I need paint she is there.

Do not shop here the employees are extremely rude.

Ordered a patio set with express delivery, first delivery date came and went, no patio no call no email nothing. Now have to wait another week to see if it gets delivered. I would think a store as big as home depot could get something delivered in a more timely manner, or at least when they said they would.

This store is very neat and organized. The employees are very helpful if I ever have any questions and the cashiers are extremely polite and friendly. On average, I’ll shop here at least twice a month and I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

I am very satisfied with the store.

My job is behind and delayed because of the non communication between the associates and the bosses. Also. A worker is leaving the store-ProDesk so I don’t think there mind was on the incredible time sensitive job. That was well planned ahead of time. And they lied and made nothing but excuses to me just to cover up there irresponsibility. I got nothing but resistance and stories and how my stock was not at the job. And if I had not have called so many times and force them to get it for me I’d still be waiting for the material just like I’m still waiting now two weeks later. Trying to blame me because I pulled material off the shelves which is another lie they think I’m stupid. Another story to cover up their unprofessionalism. This is not the way you’re supposed to treat people at the pro desk and not the way you treat one of your best customers and loyal. Absolutely unbelievable that I would be treated this way for the amount of money that I spend in that store every year. I always keep calling and complaining and nothing gets done about it.
