This store is always neat and clean. They keep the shelves stocked and ready. They usually have a few sections of clearance items that I am always sure to check out. The employees are willing to help and knowledgeable.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP YOU WHEN IT IS NEEDED. THEY ARE KNOWLEGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS IN THEIR DEPARTMENTS. I HAVE HAD EMPLOYEES FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS HELP ME WITH A PURCHASE WHEN THE STORE SEEMED TO BE SHORT STAFFED.

The HOME DEPOT in Teays Valley, WV is one of the more well organized stores that I have visited. The employees are pleasant and very helpful. The store is organized so that the products can be found easily. This Home Depot is a valuable asset to our community!!!

I use to work at #8429 in 2015. I loved it there, and wish I was still there. However, I'm retired, and I didn't want to work weekends. Also, only wanted no more than 3 days of work or less a week. They (the store) were mostly OK with that except the "weekend work". But being retired, and having a family in another state, I couldn't stay there. After talking to some of my former co-workers there - there seems to be a new friendlier atmosphere there. They credit this to the new management. The store is neater and better organized (to me anyway). I'm happy for them and wish them well. Continue getting better.

Every time I have had to go to Home Depot for supplies, I have always felt welcomed and received necessary help as I am handicapped and use a power wheelchair. Keep up the good work!

This is a very convenient location for me. They normally have what I need.

Store was clean and easy to find products. Appliance sales representative, Mr. Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our selection. Cashier was very friendly and quick in getting us out of the store.

Always has what I need and great sales keeps me coming back 3-4 times a week. Fast and convenient well organized store I can get in and get out with minimal time waiting in the checkout line.

This store is always clean and well stocked. I usually find everything I need very quickly. If I do need help there has always been someone close by to provide assistance. Is conveniently located near restaurants and a furniture store. It is also close to the interstate for convenience.

The employees at Home Depot in Teays Valley went above and beyond. They are very friendly and willing to help. They helped me build and design my kitchen with confidence and made the process very easy. The store is very clean and neat and the the employees take pride in their jobs.

If anyone is looking for appliances, Nancy is the lady to see! She is extremely knowledgeable and polite. She makes sure you are getting what you are looking for. And just makes the process so much easier!

The cashier that checked us out was Larae and was very nice and friendly...also she thanked us for shopping at Home Depot and acted as though she was proud to be a part of them
