This store have the best customer service

Plumbling was a bit disorganized( things werent in place or werent stocked) other than that friendly employees and friendly cashier Isiah! Will vome back again :)

i went in looking for a replacement led light fixture for the all white "Home Decorators" ceiling fan with remote #1001 238112, they did not stock it in store. electrical said they didn't have a replacement, he was also helping others in wire dept. i took it upon myself to look for it online, took less then a min to find it, put it in shopping cart, and order it ship to store free. $20 for a OEM replacement. i will be contacting manufacturer for possible warranty replacement.

"Big box" retail is generally based on selection and price, however, this HD seems to be in touch with the People Factor; both the associate as well as the shopper. This location gets it right even when the desired item is out of stock. The price IS right, selection IS very good, and the Associates ARE quite helpful!

As stated previously, I ordered an item over the internet and had a friend pick up my item at this Home Depot. After assembling the item we discovered a very slight damage. I did not consider it serious enough to go through the trouble of reassembling, repackaging and returning the item so I only called Home Depot to make them aware of it not expecting any kind of compensation. I was very surprised when quickly the young lady, I think her name is Lupe, offered me a 10% discount to my credit card. Two days later I went to Home Depot to purchase other items I needed and am pleased that Home Depot offers a discount for veterans and widows, of which I am a veteran' widow. Thank you Home Depot!

Every time i visit the store the employees are willing and eager to help me find what i need. If i need someone to help carry out a heavy purchase they are very ready to do that for me. When i go to home depot i feel like I'm around friends.

I am extremely pleased with the shopping experience at this store location. I was able to find everything on my shopping list very easily. I was very happy with the customer service received during my shopping experience. The store was well organized and clean, and the associates were very polite and professional in helping me with my shopping experience.

It's a good store but I used the pay at myself and scan my own items and sometimes I have to wait for the attendant to put in my Pro number so I can finish my purchase. Is there a way at the screen that I can enter my Pro number without asking the cashier to log that in for me to save time?

Store was very clean and organized. Shelves were fully stocked and made easy to find what I was looking for. All employees were friendly helpful and knowledge about the items I was looking for. Cashier was super nice and helpful.

I work near this store and my co-worker and I are there so much we know most of the employees by name and they know us. The amount of time we spend there helps that be, but we are always treated well. We appreciate it and makes the decision to keep shopping at this store easy
