I stopped in on my way home from work for a microwave oven. They had what I wanted in stock, I was able to go straight to checkout where I was greeted with smiles. I was in and out in no time.

Got me a better product because they were out of the one I wanted. Nice to work with!!

I have always been impressed with this store, its associates help and friendliness. I have visited other H/D stores but this one has something unique. I always go back to this store although it's out of my way. There are 2 other H/D stores closer. Thank You.

The item I was looking for was not where you would think it would be and the associate knew exactly where it was. He was nice and helpful

Aisles are clearly marked making products much easier to find. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I really hate self-checkout, which at this store is the only option available. When I was done shopping I tried to use self-checkout to complete my purchase and had a problem with the credit card terminal. They are in a transition where it will not accept the magnetic swipe and you must use the smart chip reader which did not work with my card. When I was eventually able to get an associate to help, she decided to argue with me. Really? There is a Menard's across the street I usually shop. They didn't have the color Plasti-Dip I wanted, so I tried Home Depot. I did find two other things I decided to purchase. What a mistake! Never again! To the management at Home Depot, take a lesson from Menards and hire an actual cashier or two.

Always enjoy looking through the store, employees are helpful and friendly. I like the assortment of summer plants and the quality. I like seeing the Christmas displays.

whenever I come into this store, I am always greeted in a friendly and professional manner. I always get very curteous responses to my questions. GREAT STAFF!

I live right in between the McHenry Home Depot and the Volo Home Depot and I always go to the Volo one because of it's cleanliness, friendly & knowledgable associates, and availability of products. The rental center has anything you could ever need to rent and the prices are reasonable. My wife jokes that I can't go to this store alone because not only will I spend all day in there but I will spend a ton of money too!

Home Depot in Volo does a great job. I would tell everyone I know about how cool that store is!!! Even better than Disney World. Its really neato there.

I loved my experience at this store, I got a lot of great pots for next years gardening season

long lines at 1 full service check out. either wait in line or do it yourself at the self check out that typically does not work properly. next they will want us to stock the selves while we are there too.

I was assisted in window coverings and paint. Both store associates were outstanding in product knowledge and friendliness.

Very helpful associate in the Kitchen and Bath department. I have never had a bad experience with this store no matter what department or what I was shopping for.

Don't hesitate to stop here if you have questions on your next project or need help finding an item in their store. During my recent visit to their plumbing department they answered my questions, located the plumbing supplies, and gave me a demonstration on how to use the compression fittings. That's what I call "outstanding" customer service!

The staff here is friendly and very helpful. I recently found out you could bring your dog to the store. I love that. The dog likes it too :-)

I was back and forth to the store several times for various materials. On the trip which I purchased 5 bundles of shingles for roof repair (now and later) the young man in building materials was very informative... cashier Michele also gave me some tips on roofing purchases and Cashier Kathleen I believe Service Desk was extremely helpful. She looked up wind speed for the roofing material I purchased and answered further questions I had. Between these three employees my visit to home depot went far better then expected and I ended up purchasing 36 more bundles of roofing. It was a close out sale. The price hard to beat for wind speed of 110-150mph. I was very pleased with the time I spent at the store... Later when I returned my jeep was loaded to the top in no time and a neighbor Tony just happened by and took the last 12 bundles in his truck. WOW. All done. I will be back to purchase ice and water shield, more nails, all the rest of what is needed for the roof job and a couple of skylights. Am watching sales :-)

Things are so easy to find in the store. Cashier Dirk was very helpful. Dirk is the reason I would go back to the home depot in Ingleside. He was very polite and very helpful.

Not sure how to handle the ratings,, i would recommend your apliance dept,, I found the Appliance dept very helpful,, your service desk/pro desk - not so much

I got help with my 4x8 plywood , they were cut by employee who listened to me and he did a good job...thanks

The staff was Very friendly and helpful. The lawn and Garden Associate was very knowledgeable of Lawn tractors he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The Cashier was very friendly and helpful as well.

This is a great store and the Associates really make finding and projects so much easier for me. I like that the fact that I can did in and out of the place fast.
