What a mess. They just need to go through and clean up the shelves to have the right parts in the correct place.

It has so many options for all your needs...i love it!!

The staff here show little interest, friendliness or enthusiasm in assisting customers seeking help. They are too self absorbed in doing their tasks. I felt like i was bothering them when I asked for help. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to be paged to help me I gave up waiting until I asked another employee for help. He avoided eye contact until I asked him to help me find an item that i had a photo of on my phone. Rather than walk me over to the bay where the item was located, he pointed me to a far bay and just mumbled the bay number incoherently. He saw me walking to the wrong area later but made no effort to help. I finally found it on my own, however because of his lackluster assistance, I ended up buying the wrong part which I found out after drivng the 40 miles to my home. The staff here is in dire need of a top down review of customer service engagement and training. Obviously the management here rank the customer experience last on their priorities!

One of the better Home Depot's to shop at so far as the customer service and well stocked shelves.

very unpleasant cashier. i pointed out the price was rang up incorrectly, and was treated very rudely. they made me feel i was trying to cheat them or something. it was just a simple mistake of mispricing. but the cashier made me enemy #1 or something..

OK store. I buy alot from here. I am a general contractor. Most time customer service is bad. This time is good. I rented texture sprayer from Tool Rental. Customer service from Douglas, who speak Vietnamese, was very good. Douglas took care all problems for me and even waited for a friend of mine to stop by with a credit card. Most of the time, employees at this Home Depot is useless and I think avoid me.

This home depot is pretty clean, the only problem is hard to find parking space on weekend, cause a lot of Great mall shoppers, so I always to shop on week days.

I was only in the Garden Dept. The employee was very helpful and offered planting advice and loaded my car with my purchases. He went beyond what my usual experience has been in the garden dept at any Home Depot.

Very helpful staff, but nobody seems to be competent, especially in the electrical department.

The store is clean and items are easy to find. Most of the time they have good helpers. Close to home.

Good luck to find an available parking place If you go to this store on weekend. Also be careful the traffic when you cross the drive road to get into the store.

The pro desk goes out of their way to help with gathering, checking out, and loading my orders from work...

When asked for associate help from another associate, the answer was "he should be there, I just saw him." The actual employee was walking away from his area and I waited 15 mins before he came back to help me cut the wood. Even then he just said the length of wood I was looking for is just not available.

My goal was simple - to buy a plunger. I did a quick search on the HomeDepot website and went through the user reviews and costs for the relevant matches and decided which specific model I was going to purchase. I tried navigating to the appropriate aisle via following the overhead signs. However, I wasn't able to locate the plunger section. I reached out an associate who was busy with loading a few heavy items. He directed me to the desired aisle. He knew exactly where the plungers were placed i.e. aisle and shelf combo. I found the desired item instantly after reaching the plunger-shelf just an aisle away. I took the item and started on my way out to the self-checkout counter. I passed by the associate who at that time was busy with another customer. Despite that, he paused to inquire if I had found what I was looking for. It was a great experience at HomeDepot because of that single associate's dedication towards customer-service. That's why I will recommend HomeDepot to others.
