The store is always very neat, I am always greeted when I come in. The employees are friendly and helpful, and I can usually find someone to help me if I need it.

I always shop the Watchung store. It's convenient, and I am always pleased with my experience. I've been shopping there for as long as the store has been in the Watchung Mall, and I find the employees very helpful. I am an older customer who usually does need some assistance and I never have any trouble finding it.

Carolyn Brown in the cabinets department is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products. She assisted us with our custom bathroom vanity and was attentive to our questions and concerns and also made sure we received all eligible discounts available at that time. Before we left, she made sure all of our questions had been answered and even pointed us in the direction of a possible countertop we might use. We were very comfortable with our order - we know we got a good deal and we have no doubts that we will receive exactly what we meant to order. We would not hesitate to recommend Carolyn to friends and family looking to remodel.

If you have the User ID and Password on the cash receipt why must I provide me name, E-Mail and telephone number to enter the survey?

This store is consistently poor in customer services compared to Union / Vauxhall. The Watchung store is about 2 miles closer from my house than the Union / Vauxhall store but have found: 1) at least 75% of the time no one stationed in aisles to help, 2) takes at least 10-20 mins to get someone if you request, and 3) typically (75% or so not always) not really interested in helping or seemed irritated.

I bought a front door in the Watchung store. Bob in the doors and window department was great. He knows the products and was extremely helpful.

Great experience. Good products, quick check out and excellent help with packing stuff in my car!

If you like tools etc., you'll love the array of ones they have at great prices!

I always find the product that I look for

My experience at the Watchung store was very good. I was searching for plants. They had a huge assortment of plants to choose from. I especially liked the pricing on the plants and other landscaping material. The products were easy to find. I did need assistance in finding something to hand my floral baskets. The assistant walked me directly to the area that had the items that I was looking for. I decided to use the self check out line and when there was an error scanning items the assistant working that area quickly came to resolve the issue. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I have been impressed on my many visits to this store that the employees are uniquely friendly and knowledgeable. On a previous visit, when I need to replace the flow mechanism for my toilet, the local employee's expertise prevented me from purchasing a more complicated device than I needed as well as instructing me to replace the flexible tubing I had selected for one he thought more likely to fit. This prevented me for making multiple trips for a single repair effort and from working harder to install a complex mechanism that I did not need and would have had difficulty using and managing. The store is always clean and it is one of the few places I visit where employees offer to help rather than waiting to be asked to help.
