Visited multiple departments, was greeted and assisted in each, special recognition to Desire and Kim G. in garden center. Their attitude, knowledge and assistance was given with grace and a smile at a very busy time. They gave extra time and made every effort to ensure we got everything needed and more. A big "THANKYOU to Both".

Was happy with associate who have me info on riding mowers and cement

could not find help, then when I get help the lady was acting like I was putting her out. Then she argued with me on what I told her I needed. I filled out your serve for my visit I do not want to re type it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be back to this location or any other HOME DEPOT.

the automated butane gas chambers in front of store not working,cashier amy sold to me inside and promptly called for a coworker to meet me outside to exchange my gas tanks.the gentleman was out there quickly.thanks for the great service from both of them

this was a quick in and out without any delays or waiting.

our tub was on the top shelf under 2 other tubs. Within 15 minutes of asking the associate (she came up to us and asked if we needed help) our tub and the shower surround were on a cart ready for checkout.

I was looking for ceiling fans & lights. I was immediately helped by someone from the dept. and he called for someone with a different cart. 2 gentlemen came with carts and offered to help me take items to my car.

The associates were speaking with one another & I had to seek someone that did not originally work in the department I needed assistance. I feel that perhaps the workers could use improvement in ''looking'' for customers that possibly need help.

Every time I go to Home Depot I find everything I need, prices I like and friendly people. What more could a girl want?!

I am a lady who does not do a lot of shopping at your store without my husband and I was able to find what I needed and your employees were very helpful.

Ladies restoom had no paper towels and very little tissue. Had to speak with manager! What kind of store lets their restrooms run out of supplies without immediate corrective action. Who is responsible for bathroom checks?

I have not had much experience returning products. So I was very pleased with the ease at which this was done and the availabilty of the product I wanted to buy in place of the one I returned. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.

When I entered the store my wife and I were greeted by a gentleman that was very helpful. We were looking for a few specific items and asked where they were located. He gave us exact locations for these items. After picking up a few items on our list (and a few that was not on the list but that we couldn't do without)we were going for the last item and discussing where the gentleman at the front door told us it would be. A lady from the contractor desk asked if we needed help. I told her we had already been told where to find the last item and she gave us the exact information we were given at the front door. Both of these clerks gave us exact and correct information. We were also helped by a gentleman in the plumbing department when we asked about exterior shutters. I know this is not his department but he explained exactly where to find the item we were looking for. A very good experience. Friendly knowledgable people from the front door all the way through the check out.

Shopping at the Waxahachie Home Depot is a great experience. The store is very well stocked and the people are really friendly and helpful. It is truly a 5 star store!

I have been remodeling, so I visit this Home Depot often. I have found all of the associates to be very helpful and friendly. Even my returns have gone smoothly!

My husband and I shop alot at the Waxahachie store and we have found that the employees are always friendly and knowledge of products and use of products excellent. The store isles are clean and so are the restrooms. We recommend family and friends to shop at Home Depot.
