Open dog policy & Military Discount greatly appreciated. Received superior service by three employees regarding a potentially disastrous shopping experience. It was handled in a very professional manner. We found a large supply of area rugs on a follow up visit. Store employee Ryan was most helpful picking out two rugs & wrapping them for transport. He also helped with a prior discount. Store was clean & associates went above & beyond as to service.

The store is very organized and I always know that what I need will be in stock. When I do need help, the associates are always very friendly and helpful

all the employees in the store cared about their own life's and not the needs of the shoppers. talking about their kids or what they did the night before

I have been a Home Depot customer for over 30 years, your customer service just keeps getting better and better. Today, Kenny Riddle, your Master Electrical Specialist was fantastic! He helped me resolve a lighting issue retrofit with extra understanding about what to do and how to do my bathroom shower lighting replacement. He directed me to the right product which was in stock and he showed me how to install it. You cant get that kind of help in other home improvement stores. Great job Kenny, it was nice to meet you and to have you work out a difficult electrical problem for me. I am sure I will be back soon, thanks again. Don French St George, Utah

THe store is very close to my house and is always fully stocked which makes last minute shopping so conveinient

There is a noticeable difference in this Home Depot over other similar stores in the area. I have been greeted at the door and received directions on where I can find my items almost every time I entered. I needed help with having some wood cut and the associates acted like they had known me for years. Usually in these large stores you have to go find an associate and sometimes it seems like they are hiding from you. Not here. Associates are looking for you!

I like this store. The workers are very friendly and quick to help. I was in the store 25 mins and had contact with 4 different employees and one that just said a friendly "Hello" as we passed in the isle. Great customer service

This store has some of the best people I’ve encountered. It also has some of the worst. I wish management would focus on the customers and train all their employees to help them when they are shopping or looking for something at this store. There’s a lot of dismissal of women from some of the men that work there. And maybe in general towards all customers. It comes across as arrogance and is extremely off putting.

I love my home depot store I generally find what I need. Sometimes I feel that because I'm woman the store employee's hesitate helping when I'm look for something specific.

This store has the worst customer service at their self check out. They assume and treat every customer like they are a thief

I came in right before the store closing and a lovely elderly woman assisted me with looking for a product in which she found in less than a minute. She was very friendly and I thank her for helping me out or else I would have been at that store much longer than I had anticipated. The only thing I did not like was when I went to the register to pay and the cashier was on the phone talking to a customer and retrieving credit card information for an order which I believed was placed online. There was another gentleman next to her in which he could have assisted me with my one product to be processed for payment, but did not and left. Another customer came with his product, and they opened up a register for him so he could pay while I was still standing in line waiting for the cashier to get off the phone. As soon as I saw the customer leave, I went to the next register and asked if I could pay for my item, in which I did and then left.

The store is always nice and clean. The employees are so very helpful and will spend the time you need to get the answers you seek for your project.

We shop at this location often for all our home improvement supplies and always get a great price and discounts too. We love Home Depot and will always frequent this store. We can always find a friendly home depot employee to help us find the items we need and never have a problem knowing where to look because of the set up of the store and the signs. This store is always clean and a fun place to shop, oh...our little dog thinks she's pretty special because she is welcome in the store! Thank you

This is a newer store. It's clean, well organized and the employees are friendly and helpful. We were looking for a particular back splash tile. Checking on line, the store showed 60 in stock. We could not find the product on display. Numerous employees quickly helped locate the tile on pallet, which was on the top shelf. Fork lift quickly arrived, isle was closed off, flag man assisted and our employee assistant remained with us. Our experience at this store has always been " the customer comes first".
