I purchased 3 pots from the Valdosta store last year and noticed after a couple of months the paint started to wear off then the handles fell off. One of the pots is just turning into sand and i moved it and it broke up personally this product should have never been sold as an outdoor item because it does not hold up under weather. But the kicker was how i was treated after a homedepot employee stated that other customers had the same complaint of the pots breaking and returned them, Thomas a store manager grilled me wanted to know how man and advised me that he has worked for homedepot for 12yrs and has never seen that happen and the employee that works in the garden dept that returned broken pots for customers has only been here for 9 months as if he was discrediting her statement of what she had seen as an employee. He found a pot in the store but the handle was broken and it was discolored. Bottom line Thomas stated that i would need proof of purchase before they can issue a store credit not just the defected pots with their bar code so i am out of $80 plus dollars and pots because homedepot sold defective pots that was not weather proof. Thoms showed no concern for my needs and he never spoke with the employee to get a better understanding of what she had experienced with the pots plus he had not been with that store a yr. Personally after spending tens of thousands of dollars i may reconsider shopping here based on the lack of concern Thomas showed he truely needs to be retrained on interpersonal skills not a smile not a greeting did i receive.

Bought 2 of them last year. Undeniably a good price. There may be a quality issue though, Moving the two pots yesterday one of them fell apart while rolling it to a different location. Never left the ground just broke into pieces. I have Birds of Paradise planted in them. Also, the root balls are so tightly packed that the plants would be impossible to remove without amputating half of the root ball to fit it through the opening. I don't know if the plant would survive losing half of it's root ball. May be best to just smash the pot to transplant the plant.

Replanted twisted Hibiscus plant with Perlite, Moss, & Potting Soil only to find out the next day that the side had given away losing the soil on the side. A chunk of the pot had fallen out on the ground from pot giving away. Defect I'm sure! So disappointed. Purchased 8/25/2015.

I bought 2 of these planters in a light blue color and I absolutely love them! They look great in my garden. I can't believe that they are sold at such a low price. There are hundreds of planters out there but these ones stand out, they are simple yet look great in any garden.
