A:  You may have a bad battery. I had the same problem even if I charged it for long time, so I contacted www.delwalt.com service online and explained the problem. Had to take some pictures, report the number on the battery, and a copy of receipt.

A:  not sure threes a question to answer here ...but home depot and or Dewalt both have excellent costumer service i suggest getting ahold of one or both of them

A:  No charger or battery ... but if you are only adding to your collection of DeWalt 20V Max tool collection, no worries. The batteries/chargers are all interchangeable. Otherwise, you can buy this tool in a combo kit inclusive of battery and charger. It will cost more of course but it won't be useable if you don't.

A:  That's correct. This item in particular, does not come with a charger nor a battery. It's the tool by itself

A:  The DCS369B is a bare tool and will not include a battery or charger.
