A: Yes the screw is stainless but if I were you, avoid putting it
underwater cause in time it will rust too.It will last for a little while but eventually it will rust

Likely the screw is 'stainless steel finish.' To find out specifically try contacting Home Depot Customer Service. Phone number on lower portion of any page on their website. Everbilt is one of Home Depot brands as indicated on bottom of product page. Home Depot does sell "Marine Grade 300 Series Stainless Steel" hose clamps.

A: Hi SoCal, the band and housing are made of 201 stainless steel. The hex head screw is made of 410 stainless steel. This clamp is UPC listed. I hope this helps.

A: Don't know what you mean by replacing the screw.If you are talking about the built-in screw of this item, I would say no cause it's not a regular standard threaded screw.The screw is only made for this clamp.Hope I answered your question.
