A:  Aside from Ivory, there is beige, taupe, olive green with heavier concentration of black in the border and inner corner borders. If you want to see the color tones then the video shows all colors in this production - granted it's for a red background but it shows you the hues. Our other suggestion is to look at the pictures and videos from two sources, a computer and a PDA since brightness and contrast settings will play a tone. Last but not least, a lot of the stores stock the red 8x10 along with the red runner so if you want to see the colors in person that is also an option.

A:  The Red color are the same on both - it's the contrasting darker colors around it that make it seem different from one another. . . the corner within the body is different and the outside borders have different colors as well. The only difference that may potentially be with the red is due to color dyes that change every 9-12 months from factory's production run. If you do end up with both and you see immediate change in tones, be sure to rotate the rug 180 degrees (one of them) to rule out if it is a dark side or light side

A:  The color on the flowers are more of a beige tone, it would lean more towards a light golden color.

A:  All of our rugs are rolled in polybags if they come from Concord Global they're always rolled in polybags. If the carrier folds it, you have every right to inspect and potentially refuse for damage. When you place the order you are also welcome to contact us as we can open the rug and inspect before sending out. During transit carriers may squeeze the rugs a bit which may leave wrinkles initially as this is million point quality any wrinkles from the rolled rugs will work themselves out in a matter of days.

A:  Spot clean with mild soap and water mix. Do not soak and blot it with a sponge. Do not soak the rug as it cannot absorb water. Dry clean it if you can and advise any professional cleaners that jute yarn is used in the back (so they know not to soak it with water since jute expands irreversibly and would create creases). if it's a small stain, you can also use a clorox wipe to spot clean it
