Kohler's Comfort Height, by definition, states: "The height of a toilet bowl (with seat) that stands at the same height as a standard chair measuring between 17” and 19” for maximum comfort and ease when sitting down or standing up." All of our Comfort Height toilets measure 16-1/2" from the floor to the rim of the bowl (before seat). All Kohler standard height toilets will measure under 16" (without the seat). Put a single ply sheet of toilet paper in a quart mason jar with tap water. Next, shake the jar moderately for 10 seconds; the duration of a typical toilet flush. The paper that dissolves or shreds most will provide the best flushing performance and less opportunity for clogs to develop. A:  This toilet is probably a slight variation of a Kohler unit provided by Kohler directly. I suspect it is produced for Home Depot. The toilet has been excellent as far as operation and water usage.
