A:  The base of the router measures 5 7/8" see pictures. If you are looking for a lift this fits the jessem model.

A:  You can take the base off of the router and use a monkey wrench to change the bit. I lost mine a while ago too

A:  Mine is marked 15/16".

A:  An adjustable wrench or channel locks will work just fine if you lost your wrench.

A:  I used the Bosch router table, the only problem was that you can not adjust the height of the router from on top, because the holes do not line up. Out side of that the table has worked great, however I have a new Bosch MR23EVS router on the way to me so I can fine tune my finger joint bits from on top.

When the router is mounted to a router table, depth adjustments can be made easily by using the supplied T-handle wrench. To make through table adjustments: Unplug the router. Loosen the lock lever. Insert the T-handle wrench through the hole in the router table into the hole on the subbase, and place the end of the wrench socket over the adjusting nut. Turn the wrench counterclockwise to decrease the depth of cut or clockwise to increase the depth of cut.
