A: Our Zinsser Dryfall Commercial & Industrial Waterborne Coating is a high-hiding primer that provides excellent coverage and adhesion when applied over a variety of industrial construction materials. This coating is not a waterproofing coating; for this type of application we recommend applying our Zinsser WaterTite Mold & Mildew-Proof Waterproofing Paint: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Zinsser-5-gal-WaterTite-Mold-and-Mildew-Proof-White-Oil-Based-Waterproofing-Paint-5000/205156868
