For a utility sink, this sink/vanity combination with faucet is first rate. When I purchased this house, the utility sink was the standard plastic sink on four plastic legs. It was cracked and inside our laundry room. We opted to have it removed. Years later and after missing a utility sink desperately, we started looking. We found this online and decided to give it a go. It arrived nicely packed and without a scratch on it after unwrapping it. Install was straight forward. Love the high arching spout and the spray wand. Indent for sponges on the side shows the design was well thought out. Lots o storage space behind the doors. It’s perfect…so much that a couple of my neighbors said they are going to order one for their home.

Pretty easy to install for someone that usually hires out the professionals. I had to make a few cuts to allow for the water lines that were low coming out of the wall and were blocked by the lower support piece in the back of the cabinet. I used some construction adhesive(not included) to mount the sink to the cabinet after I mounted the faucet and strainer parts that came with it. You will need plumbers putty, also not included. Make sure the faucet brand logo is facing the wall otherwise the handles are reversed and will hit the wall. Luckily I found that out prior to permanently mounting the sink. I am extremely happy with this vanity and it’s quality

This product looks great, the only problem was during installation the plastic threads on the strainer/drain stripped and I replaced with a metal sink strainer - works fine. I've added a picture before we installed a stackable washer and dryer and before I added subway tile to the back and left side. We purchased this product early because we were doing a laundry and bathroom remodel.

I have owned this for just a few days, and just took time to install it. The cabinet and sink, while not super strong or durably constructed, are square, stable, and as clean and well proportioned as shown in the pictures. The faucet assembly seems sufficient, but time will tell of the quality of the innards. Oddly there is no way to fasten the sink to the cabinet. I'll figure something out. The spray nozzle and the under-sink plumbing pieces are awful, and nearly worthless. I am replacing the pipes with proper PVC and joints as the originals are, thus far, impossible to install without leaks.

Arrived in very good condition. All materials are of suitable quality. Everything needed to install were included except plumber putty and silicon sealant. Installed in about 2 hours.

Overall, pretty solid unit - nice addition to our modest laundry remodel. Pros: Solidly built cabinet, dimensionally sound (level/square). Stock faucet pretty good - no complaints. Looks good/clean appearance with the white on white. Cons: Thought it was slightly overpriced for what you are getting. The sprayer and sprayer hose was super cheap (garbage) frankly (you can see in my photo that I replaced with a nicer model which cost a few extra bucks). Directions are just short of useless - but it's not a hard for an ave DIYer. The vanity top is not super heavy/thick, so we'll see how it holds up; obviously it's not granite or anything so don't expect to be. Finally, make sure you have a plan for a backsplash - I did not and realized that my pup would be sending water to the wall behind the cabinet so I had to make a backsplash. Didn't feel like picking out a tile, so I just framed some left over from the floor - turned out okay. I did anchor the cabinet to the studs behind the cabinet. Not a lot of laundry cabinets with sinks available in the local stores or online that I saw. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

The vanity and laundry sink combo is very nice. I was initially concerned with the product being made in China and shipping such a large item. The vanity seems to be of good quality. I had it shipped to Home Depot for pick up, I'm happy to say the item was intact and damage free! The item was packed sufficiently and easy to install.

Just installed the sink and it was very easy. I really like it.

For those of us who are "plumbing challenged", the "photo-only" instructions stink. The pictures are very small and the parts are not all listed, counted or easily identifiable. I had to go to the home improvement store to make sure it wasn't my imagination that I had parts that didn't go on anything. Sure enough, they didn't. Also, there is no mention of securing the sink to the cabinet. All that being said, once I got the plumbing questions answered, installation was rather simple. The cabinet, sink and faucet are of decent quality. All the parts were included, except items needed to secure the cabinet to the wall and adhesive for the sink. I painted the cabinet a chocolate brown to go with an existing cabinet in the laundry room. It is now a huge upgrade from the four-legged, ugly laundry sink that was in there. Well worth the price.

We picked this sink to go in the half bath next to our laundry room so we could have the convenience of a deep sink and the look and storage under a vanity cabinet. We replaced a pedestal sink with this utility sink in cabinet so we could have some storage under. It is very attractive and easy to install and we love the way it looks in the bathroom, gives it an urban industrial look. We changed out the faucet and drain for ORB finish to match the rest of our condo so I removed the handles and spray painted them to match the ORB fixture. I could not be happier.

I was looking for a specific width laundry sink and cabinet to go in my laundry room. I was impressed to find this set, even though I consider it a bit expensive. I love the sink -- nice and deep, with a good sized ledge on the side. And the cabinet is really functional. My contractor was impressed at the find. We didn't install the sink ourselves, so I can't comment on that, but I agree with other comments that the strainer and spray are lower quality than the rest of the unit.

I really like the design and features of the product. The sink is coated and glossy so cleans up easily. Has a nice built in drip tray on the side. Love the sprayer hose feature so I can water plants. Sink is nice and deep. My husband had to cut the back of the unit to get our pipes to fit in properly but I think that is because we have an older house.

Got this for a home improvement project to add to a laundry/utility room that didi not have a laundry sink. Found this one online as a complete unit with evrything you needed to install. Overall the product is exactly as described. The cabinet and sink are excellent quality and should last forever. The tailpiece/drain assembly was plastic so I replaced it with a stainless assembly. The faucet is very nice and seems to be high quality although I'm assuming it will be difficuult to find parts for so, at the point it needs repair will probably replace it with a Moen or American Standard. But the kit came complete and the cabinet was already assembled, which is a big plus. This is a very nice sink and an exceptional value. I highly recommend it.

We have a small combination laundry and 1/2 bath that needed a redo. I hated the old vanity from the day we moved in. Totally inappropriate for the location. I knew what we wanted; a countertop height, a large sink capable of bathing a small dog, filling containers, jugs and buckets, flexible storage area underneath with a new, modern look. BINGO! This cabinet fills the bill on all counts. The only downside is that I'm concerned about the potential long term acrylic sink problems but I like the package so we'll learn to deal with it and try to treat it appropriately to get long life.

Install was easy, looked better than I was expecting. Does have a funny smell to it but I left the doors open for a few days and it seems to have gone away.

Very nice looking. I had a plumber install it so I do not know how easy it was to install It vastly improved the look of my laundry room

Looks good for the price and seems practical. Faucets seem to be of a lighter quality but so far work as expected.

Dangerous. There was a health warning on the paperwork inside the package that stated that toxic levels of formaldehyde could be emitted from this product especially if it were placed in a hot and humid environment. It was to be put in my garage next to my dryer in hot and humid Florida.

Wonderful for the price!

It is great! Set up wasn't too difficult and a lot of it came put together. We love it, it's perfect for our laundry room!

Price is a bit high for "average" Chinese quality.
