Our stores sent approximately 5.3M pounds of shredded paper for recycling in 2022. This has helped the planet by preserving over 63.5K trees. It kept over 16K trash bags of solid waste out of landfills, saved over 50M gallons of water, and conserved 7.8M kilowatt hours of electricity.

Since 2010, we have decreased electricity consumption by over 52% in our U.S. stores.

Whether you're looking for spin mops or 20 lp propane tanks, your favorite local hardware store has you covered. Get in and out, then back to the task at hand. Find the right product using our Home Depot product locator app. It displays a store map so you can ensure the product is in stock and know exactly where to find it. You can even use the barcode lookup to find detailed information on every item we carry.

At The Home Depot, community involvement is important to us. We support the A.C Reynolds High School community and the Veterans Services of the Carolinas.

Are Kids Workshops offered at the Asheville Home Depot?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check the availability of the kits.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are an excellent present for birthdays, housewarming parties, and the holidays. DIYers know they're fun to give and to receive. You can purchase them online at homedepot.com or in our stores. If you're a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit the Asheville Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Use our gift cards to shop online or redeem them in-store, all with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Asheville offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. When you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. We'll bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
