I bought my carpet yesterday and I love the quality and elegance of the carpet.

Was in the outdoor section getting paver stones and loading on the cart multiple employees walked by never asking if I needed assistance. Then I went back for mason mortar, the bag was heavy & I looked for help and did not find an employee is the area. I kind customer came over and help. When I checked out I ask for help getting the large bag into my car. I WAITED 20 MINUTES & no one came. I had to resort to calling a family member (located in Fall River) to meet me in the parking lot to help.

I don't know if I was lucky or this location has great associates. Jacob (mill work) and Terry(pro) you are the best keep the faith. So nice to go shopping and actually get 5 star customer service.

Always feel well respected when I am at this loacation. The employees are very polite and knowledgable. At toime swhen tehy donot have teh answers, they will find someone that can assist. Seems like great teamwork at this store.

I have never seen so many people wearing orange Home Depot aprons all wandering around aimlessly and not offering to help, even when a customer is on a ladder struggling with getting lumber by themselves.

I do not appreciate self checkouts. I want to deal with cashiers and I like to chat while checking out. at my age all these barcodes drive me nuts. KEEP the cashiers!!!!

I saw a vanity light on your website and purchased it in store. The website was $10 cheaper and Brian price-matched it for us!

If you need any help in the tool department I highly recommend asking for Scott I have purchased some new power tools and he went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied . When I went back a second time to make a purchase I immediately went looking for him and once again he went above and beyond helping make sure I was satisfied with my purchase

I couldn’t be more pleasantly impressed than with Jessica. She is always so sweet and thoughtful. She genuinely seems to care about her job and her customers, rare traits these days. I’m always happy to encounter her when shopping.
