I went to get yard waste recycling bags. They were easy to find, get, and pay for, and the price was reasonable.

Purchased blinds today and I just had a wonderful experience walking through the process with Valerie. I recommend talking to her. Great service overall!

There were only two working soap dispensers in the mens room. There were several broken ones. The two working ones were completely empty. That means that every single male employee in this store is walking around with unwashed hands. Seems to me this should be a Health Department violation or something.

Hope you never need a board cut in half…. They refused to cut a 2x6x12 in half claiming they only will use the power saws for plywood. Watched as I had to use a handsaw to cut it myself. Suggest you shop elsewhere.

This HD location has good customer service.

I bought a Rheem water heater that was damaged in the box. Returned it the same day with the receipt and they did not any more of the same exact product. I wanted to get refund or store credit to purchase another Rheem water heater they did have, however, they refused to issue a refund. I had to load up my defective water heater and take it to another store that had the same one in stock for an even exchange.

Store was full of shoppers on Sat afternoon, but we had friendly employees who asked if they could help us find anything. Shout out to Bryan in Paint. He went out of his way to help us find the products we needed in paint.

The staff is outstanding, kind, and knowledgeable. Also, very dog friendly!!!

Every time I visit this location, there is an outstanding employee.

All of the staff were extremely friendly! There were plenty of employees working, so there was always someone available to answer questions, regardless of which department we were in. A gentleman in the garden department offered to help us before we even asked because he could tell we did not know exactly what we were doing. Then he gave us fantastic recommendations for our trimmer attachments. Our cashier, Edna, was so helpful, kind, and sweet! Everyone went above and beyond!

I opened a Home Depot credit card a few weeks ago and 1 of the old lady manager treated me so bad. She try to teaching and judge me because I have my ID picture in my phone. She even lecture me what is ID mean. She is so old timer and never understand technology things these days. I am not her daughter or friend but she yelled at me like I'm her daughter. Don't want to see that lady anymore. Haha

Edna (cashier) is your store’s Purple Cow. She makes your store stand out in the herd. She puts a capital “S” in service. Rock on Edna!!

I'm really glad this is the closest store to my house. Everyone there is very kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

We always have a great experience here, but Shirley the cashier at the contractors department is such a wonderful person! Not only does she make sure our visit was phenomenal, but she actually cares about how your day is going. She is the reason we shop at this location.

I BOUGHT SAWHORSES. BUT NOT THE ONES THAT I CAME TO BUY. THE EMPLOYEES WENT TO GREAT EFFORT TO LOCATE THE ITEM THAT I WANTED BUT IT WAS NOT TO BE FOUND EVENT THOUGH THEIR COMPUTER SHOWED 16 IN STOCK. THE STORE NEEDS BETTER ORGANIZATION BUT THE EMPLOYEES MADE THE DAY. THE ARE HELPFUL AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
