I have always found this store to be a reliable source of household supplies that I've needed for 13 years. The store has hired and offered courteous help over those years. This store seems to maintain a "small town" community spirit, which I continue to enjoy.

Wish i could rate this store 0 stars. Awful service, maybe they get of from the management. Every employee acts like you’re wasting their time and is rude.

The salesman who helped me in appliance was nice however, I went in for a French door I saw online. It wasn’t at store. So I got side by side that was the same price and a washer because I just moved to a new house. He informed me that the soonest delivery would be a week! Because I had my three children with me and didn’t want to continue appliance shopping like this during a pandemic I reluctantly agreed. A week later the washer showed up but fridge did not and was suddenly a back order issue. I spoke to Customer Service, I spoke to the manufacturer directly and they said it would be another week before I have a fridge. So I chose to forgive and continue on. Here we are two weeks later and I receive a voicemail From the manufacture automated, stating that the next time is November 7, 2020!! When I purchased this fridge the whole reason that I purchased it was because it was not on back order so I don’t know how this happened. Even to cancel my order it was a major problem. I spoke to Customer Service again this afternoon and she said if I don’t go into the Home Depot to get my refund put on my debit card they would be mailing me a check! I just moved so that is not a viable option! My address is a new build community and not registering with US PS . I have to use a PO Box right now and this purchase of a Fridge has been the biggest headache I have had with the new move.

Associate at Customer Service, Rebecca, was extremely competent and courteous. Every employee greeted me with a good morning as I was in line and as I exited the store.

As a loyal customer many years in Home Depot and each year I bought lots of materials from Home Depot, I have never been treated in this way. This cashier Kayla was not only impolite to me but also stole my money. As an Asian contractor, I felt I have been discriminated against and stolen this time. Hope your company can take the problem seriously and solve it properly otherwise you will lose customers easily.

I went in to Sycamore home depot to buy some flooring This store had it clearance out. For the amount needed, they found the Allen store and stated they had it. The associate called and per their conversation, the number was not showing in their system. They also stated that it might be on clearance since it was not showing up on homedepot.com but was showing in their phone. I went back later in the day and asked if they could reconfirm with that store. The associate at Allen stated they could not pull up the sku in their system but mentioned another store had it. I drove an hour to the store, Dominic who assisted me was able to pull up the sku and stated he needed to find it. After about 20 or so minutes, he came back and stated it was nowhere to be found including receiving. This was a lie but did not call him out on it. It was behind two stacks of flooring with a big tag that had the sku. A manager was called (Matt) who came and said that it had been transferred in for another customer. However, his explanation on why he was still showing counts for the products sounded flimsy and like an excuse. If they had just been honest from the get go, I would be ok. 2 1/2 hours driving to the store to verify something they could have done on the phone was disappointing. Getting here and still not getting a straight answer was worse. Getting more stories on why it could not be done after waiting was even worse.

The store is very well laid out and I quickly found the lawnmower I was looking for. I did ask an associate for help and she knew her products well. It was very quick in and out.

I would recommend this store , only because of Steven Marquez delivers top notch service! Edna, the front cashier lady was not too friendly and actually accused me of stealing an item that I was making a simple exchange at the customer service desk. This is not typical behavior at this location that I experienced today and I hope Edna gets it together because everyone should be treated equally and fair, and not judged by the color of their skin.

Always clean and organized. The employees are very kind and helpful. Always stocked and easy to find what I need.

The main thing that impresses me about the Allen Home Depot is that the employees are so friendly and helpful.

I paid for a propane exchange inside. When I got outside the kiosk was not working, so I went back inside. Then I was told they were out of propane. Why was I sold propane in the first place? This is one example of many issues I have had with this store.

Great Store and very informed & helpful employees. I am currently renovating my house and Home Depot has some of the best deals on the items I need to get the job completed.

This store is far better than the Lowe's store across the street. You have good employees that are willing to work and try to take care of customers. Lowe's quite the opposite.

Rickey was absolutely Amazing. He helped me find all my supplies. He also helped me cut, measure and gave great advise for my project. Rickey is the best!!!

Took the drive to Allen Store as we could not find the product we needed at the McKinney store. Walked through the power tools aisle just to look and found a great buy in a discounted miter saw. Store Associate Mr Shane and the Assistant Store Manager went above and beyond our expectations to blessed us with a discount and the best buy. Thank you Hone Depot of Allen!!!! It was worth the drive. Blessings to you all!!!

The store is always clean, ran well, and the employees are very knowledgeable and willing to help with a fun and friendly attitude. Valerie is outstanding!

The Allen Home Depot store is filled with friendly associates. From the returns desk, Plumbing, paint, tools, garden section, even the self check out is staffed with smiling and caring people. Almost feels like family going there

These folks are great. they have a good attitude about a job well done. the management must be proud of the folks at this store, especially EDNA.

Had to ask 3 times for assistance with an item on a shelf while 3 employees stood around at self check out visiting. Finally Manuel showed up to help me and apologized for taking so long, he was busy cutting blinds. So why have 3 employees at self check out and only one employee that actually does anything? WHY HAVE SELF CHECK? I refuse to ring up my items. And guys, please lay off the heavy scents. Its disgusting. Save that for Saturday nights. Not at work. Worst HD I've ever been in. Sadly I think we're seeing the decline of HD. If you own stock SELL!

Excellent care, mainly because of the awesome staffing Travis, Connie, and Jackson. Honestly, I’ve been in several Home Depot stores throughout my life but this one by far is the best location.

I have been looking for refrigerators the past few weeks at numerous stores. Today I came into the Home Depot in Allen and was quickly greeted by Tashi. He was so knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions that I felt confident I was finally ready to make my new refrigerator purchase. It was so refreshing to find Tashi, who is totally dedication to providing extraordinary customers service. He went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough. Tashi is truly an asset to your store. AMAZING customer service!!!
