John was great and the Customer service desk was excellent and followed me all the way back to store to help me find what I wanted. A pedestal sink. I cannot believe the wonderful service. I have gone to a Home Depot in Oak Lawn. Left there mad and upset. Went to this one. Friend suggested. I am glad I went. Cashier great asked if I needed help with my merchandise to car. That has never happened before at any other Home Depot I have gone too. Cleanest Home Depot I have ever been at. Every Associate I met there greeted me with a friendly face. I will only come back to this one. Even though it is out of my way. I will be back.

I REALLY LIKE THIS HOMEDEPOT LOCATION. EVERYTIME I HAVE COME TO THIS HOME DEPOT I AM GREETED AT THE ENTRANCE AND AS I WALK THROUGH THE STORE THE EMPOLYEES ALWAYS SAY HELLO. THE ALSIP LOCATION IS ONE OF THE FRIENDEST AND CLEANER HOME DEPOTS.

Always kind and helpful employees. Things are in stock and the store is clean and neat. No long wait in line, ever!

Great Neighborhood Store

Excellent store merchandise, excellent customer service staff and excellent sales staff. The store is well s stocked and the prices are reasonable, especially the sales. You do not have to spend a lot of time looking for someone to assist you. Most of the staff, walking around, will ask if you need assistance if it appears you need assistance. Great store.

This is our favor store, I just brought a home in November and all our appliances, yard equipment; anything that you can image comes from Home Depot in our house. My family make funny of us and always says "you guys are at home depot", but all in all we truly enjoy the service and products we get here.

Employees are rude and stand around talking amongst themselves as customers roam the aisles in search of help. When they do find help the associate is rude and condescending and have no knowledge of the items they sell.

I have had a wonderful experience at this store. My project is to install shelving in 4 closets. Every employee with whom I have had contact has been more than helpful. I have designed the shelves through Home Depot, ordered the parts through Home Depot, had the shelves cut to length at Home Depot, found an installer through Home Depot, and been walked through the process nicely. I would direct anyone to Brendon in the flooring and decor department. The service desk has also been very helpful. I will continue to use this store in particular.

Customer service Representative, Anna was great, when there was a mix up about receiving the wrong barbecue recently. She promptly rectified the problem and it was all resolved that day.The correct barbecue I purchased was delivered before Father's Day. I was very pleased with her service.Thanks Anna. You rock!

Three times they didn't have in store what they show online. All different items. Cordless vac, cordless drill, Klein hand tools, (tin snips)

Most of the hand tools at Home Depot are made in China or Taiwan, even Milwaukee Tools! Husky brand are cheap Chinese steel crap.

The store was very clean & bright . The kitchen design display area was quite attractive with a homey appeal . Very appealing to the eye

With very few exceptions over the years, everyone I've dealt with at this store has been courteous, knowledgeable and more than willing to help. Unlike other chains, you can actually find people to help you when you need it. They don't stalk you when you don't. This store is always clean and we'll stocked. I also love that I can go on their app, find what I'm looking for and the app tells me if it's in stock and exactly where to find it. So much more convenient than wondering around lost.
