I went into the Auburn home depot and search of a few items for my next project The place was spotless and I was greeted immediately with smiles and even a cordial hug. When I was done my shopping I came over to the pro desk and And experienced the usual exceptional customer service of Sue. She really made my day. In fact I am so pleased with the service that I completed this survey and wrote this review you on the spot so she could see How much she made my day

Went in for flooring, the man in that department told me "Sorry can't help you I'm going on break" he never offered to even find me help. I got 2 girls who had no idea what they were doing. A trip that should have taken 15 minutes took an hour. The checkout woman who's English was severely lacking would not and could not give me my veterans discount. I have my military ID on me but she couldn't figure anything out. Sad sad unacceptable

I went to look at plants and was impressed with the selection and quality.

We purchased 3 appliances and our salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and had our best interests in mind. So many features to get through and great customer service!

I engaged with 5 different sales employees who all went out of their way to be helpful. They helped me find all the things I needed and guided me to a sale.

They only had 2 sizes 36 or 32 ins. wide. I measured my existing door from outside to the outside of the frame. It measured a little over 31". So I took 32". What I really needed was a 30". My fault.

Cynthia was a rude disrespectful woman who dismisses people and ignores there questions. Will not be coming to this store again and hope this lady is fired. She deserves no position at all at this company.

I frequent this Auburn store because I know what I need will always be there.

I know I will most likely find what I need when I go there. Have always been happy with the products I've purchased there. And I am always happy with the price.

I've been shopping at the Auburn HD for about a decade and still see some of the same faces and they are just as friendly today as back then. Super helpful and willing to go the extra mile for customers.

Item I wanted to buy was in stock, but did not note were stock was Tanya, came to tool department and located my item and got it down from overhead.

Shout out to Ben, Steven, and Brett at the returns desk as they helped me return 4x8 wall panels. They took the time to help make it right with an issue stemming from a now expired credit card.

Quick and easy trip to Home Depot. Found what I was looking for and was in and out of store in a short amount of time. Products were what I needed and expected.

last month it was a hassle to purchase anything here. Esp in the paint department. Now they have freshly managed employees who will help find things and everything.

I know your guidelines say to avoid writing about customer service, however, I think it's important for customers to know that they can get the help they need. Several of Auburn's employees have been there for many years. They clearly enjoy their jobs. To me, that is a testament to good management.

I needed help in selecting an appliance package for condo renovation requiring out of state delivery .April guided me through specific size requirements of refrigerator choices and continued answering my questions with a strong knowledge base as I chose the other 3 appliances. I truly appreciated her knowledge and guidance ; especially after my many wasted online searching. The real person was needed to help!

Osman gave amazing customer service so glad the customer service desk got us in touch with him after checking stock of a particular AC unit we were after. Such great customer service keep up the good work!!

Very friendly, polite and a big smile

Looking for a home improvement store that you can bring the whole family too, including the pets? This is the place. I love shopping here and even just going to peek around with no real purpose. It's amazing what you'll find as hidden gems on clearance or things you never knew such a store would carry. On colder or inclement days it's a great place to go that's dry and warm to walk your dog around in as well to keep them and yourself active when you, otherwise, may opt not to go out with them. The associates are very friendly and inviting and love to give your animal attention too. I have yet to come across an associate who couldn't help me with a need or a question.
