An employee, didnt get her name, sorry. Spent a fair amout of time with me as I was looking for a specific sanding tool. I was directed to the particular items I needed to finish the job at hand. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help out.

I always been to get help when I shop this store seems like no matter what department I'm in

Looking at snow blowers and the one we wanted was ringing up more then the tagged price. They honored the price on the tag!

When I engaged Customer Service desk employee "Mayan" she was immediately disrespectful, and disregarding. I had to call Home Depot for my own solution and return into the store to be treated worse by "Mayan" the second time. Ultimately "Mayan" turned her back to me and wouldn't help me. As a disabled veteran I take this sort of treatment to heart. "Sue" was more than happy to assist me, and my transactions were completed quickly.

I am really pleased with the employees at the Auburn store they are very helpful and friendly . The store is clean and the products are in order and neat . I really enjoy going there.

There are never any large item/lumber carts available. They are always in the middle of the isles loaded, unable to be used and blocking the way.

All employees including Toby in Lumber, and the young man who helped the load the decking and push the cart, Norma an Jane at the Pro Desk, and especially Kevin, who, without being asked, help me push the loaded cart to my truck and then helped me load the decking onto the trailer and waited patiently while I secured the load,we’re extremely helpful and friendly.

Kyle and Sue, excellent to deal with, very pleasant and patient, very refreshing to see, very very happy with the service with everything done over the phone

It is a great place to buy home products.

My wife and I were in the process of searching for a new Range/Oven and some new berry plants for our garden. We were extremely satisfied with how the staff at the Auburn store conducted themselves and assisted with our every need.

I was not able to place my order without creating an account which I had not had a problem in the past. I called the store and Dawn helped me!!

I was searching for a part for my snow blower and there were two employees in that area and neither one asked me if I needed any help

I found a Rex Begonia that is absolutely beautiful. It was priced reasonably and is a red variety that I've never seen before- a lovely surprise!

I went to this Home Depot because my local one was out of what I was looking for. I found it to be very well organized and easy to find what I was looking for. I also noticed that it looked like it was better stocked on most items. They do a great job here.

This store makes me what to keep coming back.

great people great service, always helpful and knowledgeable, bought tools a while back and had a bad battery went in to exchange and they didn't have that one so gave me a bigger better one NO hassels

I had to go in for a return and the computer system was not allowing the return to be completed and Britni the staff was kind and patient through the process (which ended up taking about an hour). She went through all the procedures and was very respectful and kind an apologetic. The other workers were friend the entire time as well as the line grew long behind me other staff came in to take care of the other customers. Wonderful customer service!!

I found all the products I was looking for . The Behr products I purchased ( Clear exterior wood protectant) have high ratings for quality and endurance. Also the garden department has a great selection and prices. Home Depot Associates were very helpful and friendly .
