I have spent 100s of thousands of dollars at the Opelika Home Depot over the years. The customer service by the floor staff is generally good, however the turn over is very high.. You get to know someone, and the next time you come they are gone. As long as you don't have any major issues, you will be OK, but when something does come up and store Management gets involved (Andre and Kendra), be prepared to be let down. That happened to me today and a couple bad decisions by two Mangers has turned me away for good. Because I am in the construction business, I will probably be forced to come back on occasion, but only if every other option is out of stock of what I need. I will now go out of my way to spend mine and my customers money elsewhere..

Customer Service at the front desk need more agents for taking a calls from customers.

I returned an item to Home Depot today because I damaged it by mistake and because it was not the correct size I needed. As approached customer service I was offered a chance to tell them if the items being returned were damaged and can’t be purchased again and I said yes one is… it made me feel good because I was able to inform them.

I bought some concrete mix and stones, they were extremely heavy, Dennis was very kind and helpful with loading them in my truck. Great customer service in the store.

I went shopping for a push lawn mower and the customer service at this store was above and beyond. Their service reminded me of the way customer service use to be .

This is my go to store in the Opelika/Auburn area. My job has taken me all over the Southeast and I will have to say this is the top store on my list! Luna was great on my last visit and she made check out a breeze!

I had the best experience in this store all thanks to the friendly service of these workers! Reed and Robbie in the lawn care area or Garden center were so attentive to my needs and questions. They were patient and kind! I had a lot of questions because I have quite a few projects that I am planning for the summer but they helped me through my thought process for each project. Great advice and great experience! Thanks again for showing me the flowers that I wanted (that dragon plant was great) and the fire pit project I am planning soon. Also I know my dad will appreciate the new walkway I am planning with my family! Thanks again!

I had an employee by the name Luna ask me if I need help loading my lumber onto my trailer she was so friendly and she got another employee to help by the name Jalen. It was a lot of heavy lumber and they were so happy and helpful great experience!!!

This store is a good place to shop... My survey comments was on the Alexander City,Al store.... I've shopped at the OPELIKA store also and had experience and the Sylacauga, Al store also..But overall I'd give each store and staff an A+ RATING...

From the moment I entered the store ... shopped ... checked out ... and left the store, people were available to assist me. It was a wonderful experience.

I had a hard time locating the items I needed in the garden center. Quez helped me to find them and was efficient and professional.

I could find everything I needed for my bathroom.

Quez was very helpful and friendly. He had a smile on his face and genuinely wanted to help.

I bought the flowers and have enjoyed them since.

I was able to easily find a good selection of perennials and annuals in the Garden Center.

Garden center was fully stocked for spring. Cashiers were helpful and friendly. Great visit.

Pluming supplies were all the right things I needed due to the help of the employee (Rosie)

I purchased 20 cinder blocks. Asked for assistance. Was made to wait a very long time. Loaded 18 into my car and then someone eventually came out to load 2 in the car. Was asked to provide receipt and did. Was driving away when was flagged down again to show the receipt when it was just shown less than a minute previously

Can always count on HomeDepot staff to be friendly and helpful.
