Excellent service, and friendly customer service. I found the products I needed with the help of two employes immediately. The store was tidy. I enjoyed my shopping experience today because of the employees. I pray that you consider more to hire like them.

Bannister store remains my go-to place for many items I need. Location is central and traffic isn’t a problem getting in and out. The staff at this location are consistently helpful and friendly! I found it easier to locate staff here when I need assistance so that’s why I shop here instead of looking on-line for things to finish my projects.

They had the items that we needed, the customer service inside the store and when checking out was outstanding! Thank you

Great experience at the store Justin was extremely helpful in showing me what type of wood I needed to fix a shelf and also offered to cut some sheet rock once I got the measurements for my ceiling repair. Also after leaving the store a young man DelShaun saw me struggling in the parking lot trying to get the wood into my car. DelShaun immediately came over and put it into my car without me even asking for his help. He is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! I really appreciated the help and assistance both Justin and DelShaun provided by taking the time to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service!

Over the past 10 years this is the One Stop shop for my repair and home improvements needs! I’ve found many items here that other places either don’t have or are over priced. Occasionally an item is out of stock, but it’s rare! I especially enjoy the lumber and masonry areas and usually leave with creative ideas or solutions to problems. Centrally located so it’s easy to stop coming from work etc., and I’ve noticed that engaging with the staff provides helpful insights and keeps me coming back!

Check-out girl was very polite, professional and did the work of ringing up my purchases, provided the military discount, and was sincere about the work she performed and the polite words she used thanking me for shopping at THE HOME DEPOT.

Sales representatives are friendly and professional. They go out of their way to assist in the store as well as give good advice in your home improvement project.

I normally like and rate this store highly, but my visit on 08/18/20 changed my view on this. I observed customers along with employees/venders either not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly. It is obvious the store is NOT enforcing rules set in place by Kansas City Missouri and not following guidelines from the science and medical community. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

When I ask a question about a particular product availability I am almost always told that store products are a corporate issue and they can not do anything about it. Home Depots look alike on the outside, but for some reason the products are in different locations inside each store. Some kind of consistency would be helpful, especially in these times when people want to be exposed to the general public as little as possible.

Since the COVID-19,I have been doing slot of home improvements. I must say that each time I've come into the store someone has always been there to helped me. I've completed my bathrooms, enhanced my outdoor lighting and now I'm putting in a new floor in my family room. Every single time I've entered the store I have received exemplary customer service. The men are knowledgeable and skilled.

The Bannister Home depot is close to me, and i have shopped it hundreds of times. they almost always have what i need "to get more done", and the people are always the greatest to help me! Home Depot wins!

I wish that I could give 0 stars. Worst hardware store I have ever been to. I would never go if it wasn't less that 2 miles from my house but I will be driving to any other one from here on out. They do not care about anything. Employees or customers. I have never seen a staff at a retail store try harder not to make eye contact so they can avoid helping you.

Have more inventory.

Purchased a Pergola at the Bannister Store. Joshua and Damon were the two store clerks that helped get this huge heavy box down from the high rafters. Took special care not to drop or damage the box or contents. These two young men helped us from the purchased and helped us to our truck to load it. So very thankful to these two young me. Kudos for great customer service.

Not as stocked as other stores in city

My cashier Emileigh was very Friendly in the garden area. That's very hard to come by these days. Keep up the good work Emileigh!

I think the employees should actually Ask customers if they can assist with something, instead of walking around in groups of two, talking and fiddling with their hair, nails, cell phones, etc. Also, the Products were not easy to find and the employees i encountered to ask for assistance began walking away as if too busy to assist me and were Rude. I think UNDERCOVER BOSS SHOULD VISIT THAT STORE. I SAW LOTS OF EMPLOYEES DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING,
