I have been to this store a couple of times so this was not a one time experience.From the time I enter and leave the store I am greeted with a smile by every employee & asked if I need anything.This store is extremely professional,clean,organized,wonderful teamwork & a joy to be in.This store manager & all the employees definitely should be recognized for the wonderful professional jobs they are all doing in this stressful time.I have definitely recommended this store.

I HAVE TO ADMIT I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR 9 YEARS FOR MY JOB. TODAY WAS THE FIRST DAY THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO HUNT SOMEONE DOWN TO HELP ME. 2 EMPLOYEES SAID HELLO AND ASKED IF I NEED HELP. THEN THE CASHIER JOHN WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY AND ACTUALLY WANTED TO HAVE A CONVERSATION. I NORMALLY GO TO THE SELF CHECKOUT BECAUSE THE CASHIER ARE NORMALLY NOT FRIENDLY BUT JOHN SAID HE COULD ME HELP CHECK OUT.

I wasn’t very impressed a little over a year ago as staff seemed untrained and irritated by questions. This experience was totally different. Also, Home Depot supports area nonprofits in practical ways, like upgrading a local food pantry so the clients have a more welcoming space, and the volunteers have a better work environment.

I think that all the employees that we encountered on our visit were friendly and very helpful. They all did a GREAT JOB from greeting us, to helping us find our items and working with us on our custom order. We would definitely come back to this location again.

Even with all of the chaos of trying to put away all the Christmas items and rearrange to get ready for spring items employees knew right where the items were I was looking for and retrieve them quickly Great service very fast and friendly thank you very much

Store employees were not as helpful as I would have liked. Instead of helping me find the right product they stood near by and watched me while talking to each other.

I hate that Home Depot no longer has any normal checkout lines however, I can generally find a cashier if I need it. This particular store seems to have a lock of sufficient Associates in the store when I need assistance, however, when I do find someone, they're very helpful.

This is a great store to shop for all of your home needs if you are working on projects for improvements. I go online constantly to see what I need for my hobbies and projects that I am working on and always find what I need.

They are good at helping you and showing you where things are, and they are friendly, and the refund policy is simple and fast, I like ordering my things and sending it to the store also, customer service there is awesome.
