I had incredibly helpful checkout experience. Checker Jenae, took time to show me how to use the Home Depot app to improve my buying experience. Never had an employee go yo that extent to help before. I said something to manager Chris. It was a really a nice experience.

The cashier whose name was Katherine was so very pleasant. It is so refreshing to have someone be kind when you’re checking out rather than making you feel like you are a inconvenience. She smiled, she talked to my granddaughter, and was just so cheerful. I wish all cashiers would be as kind as she was.

I frequent HomeDepot several times per month for both home and business. I always find the staff knowledgable, and helpful. Returns are never a problem and are very efficient.

I had a problem shopping online which took me Into the store.The staff that helped me was able to order what I wanted and fixed it so I could get delivery. Yay im so happy

When I need help with something the employees at this store are exceptional

I had a return and per online it states outdoor gas fire pit can be returned without box and if lost receipt you will get store credit. After lugging in this heavy fire pit I was declined return. I had my wife look again and we found the receipt before we left the store. Never have we had a problem returning stuff to homedepot

This store is always well stocked. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Its nice to go into a store where people actually appear to enjoy being there. We love to shop Home Depot.

The Home Depot in Bel Air, MD has been my "go-to" store since moving into this area. My recent purchase of gardens supplies was enhanced by an amazing young man named Justin who checked me out. He was genuine, friendly, courteous, and very helpful!

I was at this store for many different things in different areas. I was happy to see there was always someone to help me in all departments.

Tried to buy a lawn tractor. Was in stock. Order delayed without notice, tractor not in stock, coming from another store. Then without notice order canceled. None available. Called customer service, 45 minutes later tractor found @ original store. Had to go to re-buy the same tractor. Clueless employees. Horrible experience.
