It was difficult to sign up for a VA discount and then it is ridiculous to use the app. you should just connect me to my phone number like every other store.

Was assisted by Jon and Brian in the lumber department to have some plywood cut. They were friendly and professional.

I buy my appliances from Steve. He is a great man to work with. Always pleasant and works to make you happy to get what you came in for.

Had an online item i needed to return to the store. Customer service person was very professional. Very patient. She was determined to solve the problem and made sure a full refund was granted. As it was promised when i ordered online.

Love them both. Would recommend highly.

This was our first time visiting the BelAir store. The employees are exception friendly and helpful.

I went into purchase bird seed and found so many great paper product values that I did not go in for and picked them up, really super prices over what is found in super markets.

I frequently use this store to make my purchases and always get great customer service!! They are always stocked and if they don’t have it, you usually can get it ordered and to the store within a couple of days

I encountered one of the most helpful, friendly people in the Bel Air Home Depot Paint Department. Brittany was awesome! Kudos to Brittany and the management staff!!

We went into the Bel Air store on Black Friday and were thrilled to be able to find a knowledgeable sales associate in the door department. Matt did an awesome job making our customer sliding door purchase so smooth and convenient. We appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Well done, Matt!

I am doing some home remodeling, needless to say I have been at Home Depot a lot. I have had the pleasure of having Steve help me in appliances and John help me in plumbing. BOTH of these gentlemen soooo helpful and just nice. Something our world needs more of. If you need help in any of these departments go during the day and ask for them.

I went into the store with expectations to buy a ring doorbell and the gentleman in the doorbell Department helped me so much and helped me make a confident decision. The store was very clean all the employees were helpful and there were no lines for checkout. Shelves were pretty stocked and my experience was overall, great

Always great to get away from the wife and go shop or just window shop. It's therapeutic just like working on the flower garden. Staff are always on point and willing to help you with anything you need.

I shop the store regularly and I’m always pleased. But on my last trip the paint department went above and beyond. I’m remodeling a bathroom, don’t know anything about paint, but the paint department talked me through everything I need to know. The paint job is done and I’m extremely satisfied.

This store had a wide selection of appliances. I was greeted by Kenneth & he asked if he could assist me. This was a blessing; normally when you enter a store you cannot find anyone to help you. I purchased a Washer & Dryer from this location. When the time comes to replace my refrigerator & stove, I will return to this store & hopefully Kenneth will be there to assist me.

Maria at check out was vary kind. Found things I needed Lady at paint desk was not knowledgeable about paint.

Employees were helpful. Special thanks to Cynthia in Flooring who went out of her way to retrieve stored inventory with a forklift & extra effort.

The workers at this store are usually friendly and very helpful. Sometimes they go out of their way to help you. Sometimes it is hard to find a person. When you do they help you if they can. One day a person actually got another person to help us find something. I enjoy going to this store. People at the register are usually very friendly. There are times when it is hard to find a person to get help. Generally one is near by.

Employees at this location were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products we were interested in.

Had a great experience with Kate at customer service. She actually listened to my concern and addressed it with professionalism and care. Five stars for this new employee who also knows American Sign Language.

This store is way too crowded this time of year. If you want to visit this store, make it very early in the morning or later at night.
