Very good store.

Sabrina best helpful cashier at this location. She willing to help find what you need in any department. She is very fast at the checkout and not a slow moving cashier like some of the other's. She will also assist you in loading your item in your vehicle .

The Store on Normandie it’s a mess every time I come here they have things that are missing from the shelves is dirty everywhere and employees are just nasty talking to customers if you need some help.

Great store with friendly staff. I visit every time I need something for projects and have yet to be disappointed.

Easy to navigate, usually have what we need. Certain employees are very rude but for the most part we run into very little issues when shopping this store.

The WiFi never works and the app is needed to find stuff. There’s never any phone signal in there. The store itself is clean and the staff are good. Easy to park. I used Penske truck there once too which was very convenient.

Store was neat and clean. The atmosphere of the store had to keep other customers calm to cause a lady offered to push my cart and help me. I said "no thank you" but I thought that was nice.

The employees are eager to help and get the correct products you need. They are very knowledgeable,and efficient. They had plenty of product in stock, unlike the other store nearby.

This time the cashier made all the difference. She was very corteous and efficient.

Store is clean and associates are helpful! Sometimes takes longer to find the item I am looking for but I usually end up finding another item I forgot I needed when I am wandering through the isles.

the only person that was nice to me was the cashier. she was nice and was able to answer my questions so i can find what i originally went there to buy. thank you Rosa D. keep up the great work.

Do not go here if you are looking for any help in the building/millwork department. I asked two different employees for help they had to page someone else, (wasn't their department) HELP never came. Left 35 minutes later. Rating should be no star but you have to choose at least one.

Very bad experience , they don't have anything in order over there and you can never find what you need on the shelves. No assistance wen you needed although I asked someone for help. This particular store is very dirty and disorganized.

Good inventory - inventory matches well with information on their web site. Staff know the products and where they are to be found

Antoinette does not know how to deal with a customer. She has some serious issue in customer service. She needs to improve her skill or find other that fits her career goal.

Every time I go here the service is worse and worse. Pick another home depot

Lavinia and Fredi the cashieres was helpful and welcoming and so all the employees

When we went to buy our tree the guys were really helpful (we want to make sure we bought a $45 and not one of the priceier trees) and friendly and gave us good tips on how to lengthen the life of our tree (sugar water and keeping it in the mesh while soaking it in a bucket of water until we were ready to trim it). This was at the Brickyard store in NW Chicago. Nice folks working there all around.

Horrible customer service. It's a joke. I regret walking into the store.

This is a very good store. I go there whenever I need something and it's almost always there.

Hey listen up everybody. This Home Depot here kicks nalgas!!! Stay away from the 46th and Western location. Horrible. Don’t know who’s running the place but very good service. My wife says I bleed orange. See you guys soon.

Not one person acknowledged my presence at the store, said hello, looked my way or offered assistance. I got so tired of walking the whole store to find my items that I almost left without them. I recommend any other Home Depot store.

The sale staff at this store is always helpful. I alway shop at this store. high rating.
