Last week I needed to purchase some large sheets of wood. I wasn't quite sure how I was going to get them home in my suv, but learned that I could have the wood cut at the store. Both workers were extremely helpful and very quick. One of them even loaded my car!

There is an employee named Carol at the self checkout. She is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She makes checkout a breeze while at the same time brightening your day with her friendly demeanor.

I went into the store without my husband so I wasn’t quite sure of the types of bolts I needed but the staff was so helpful helping me determine inside from outside bolts, even the ones that would get wet - Galvanized. Peter was so patient as I got every bolt and screw that I needed. It’s people like him who makes the shopping experience so easy and makes you feel comfortable going back. So thank you

I shop at a lot of Home Depot stores, this store has become my favorite. the employees will go out of their way to help any way they can

I originally went to Home Depot to have a can of paint I bought 3 months ago shaken so I could use it. I anticipated irritation but found them to be so kind and willing to accommodate me. I couldn’t paint cause I ended up having surgery but they never complained that I was taking up their time. All the staff throughout the store were so pleasant and helpful. This was just a great pleasant peaceful experience.

The associates at the Brighton Home Depot have consistently gone far beyond our expectations to help us with our purchases on several occasions. At first I thought this was a fluke, but it's happened too many times to be coincidental. This store is invariably cleaner, better organized and with helpful associates, and serves as a model for how home stores should be.

In your lumber department, Jay did a great job helping me with the type of wood needed and making the needed cuts. Very professional. Greeted me and thanked me for coming in. A great asset to your team.

Very friendly and helpful staff in a well-organized store. They did have the product to meet my needs; I wish there had been generics or multi=pacs for my particular refrigerator filters, but Home Depot did stock the filter my refrigerator needed.

Rob McIsaac went above and beyond to help me with finding windows my size. Once we found them (took awhile to located and get down), he helped me wrap them extra safe for transport and explained helpful tips for installation. This was a great experience!

We had a great experience at Home Depot in Brighton this week. We visited the store to purchase mulch. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the cashier, James. We asked if someone could help us load mulch onto a cart and then into our truck. James handled that quickly. Tim then did all the work. He was extremely pleasant and was so happy to help. Both James and Tim should receive special thanks for their great customer service.

I just purchased a water heater. Everyone at the store was very helpful (plumbing associate, service desk, cashier).

Had to get plywood cut a specific way, Ian was very patient and did an excellent job. Brenna your cashier is ALWAYS in a good mood and happy to help. Best Depot Around!

I highly recommend you see Nannette Hurley in the flooring department. Answered all questions, provided an estimate. Then upon my return she answered more questions regarding my flooring purchase. Made my experience very satisfying and quick!

When i encountered a problem with my recently purchased Cub Cadet XT1 Enduro Riding mower, Debbie Hill & Jim Itsell made the issue right quickly and to my satisfaction! I had an issue on Day 1 when I brought the mower home and they fixed the issue the very next day.
