GREATEST EXPERIENCE OF BUYING A UPRIGHT SIDE BY SIDE REFRIGERATOR / FREEZER. EMPLOYEE THAT HELPED ME LIKE NO OTHER EMPLOYEE HAS HELPED ME IN ANY INDUSTRY IS JEFF WELLBAUM. HE WAS SUCH AN AWESOME HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE IN THE APPLIANCE DEPT OF HOME DEPOT THAT I WOULD BUY ALL MY APPLIANCES FROM HIM. THANK YOU JEFF.

Very below average home improvement store. Lack of knowledge from associates (if you can find one,) many holes on shelves of stuff I have needed, didn't mention I can never find an associate to help or just simply ask where a product is?

Associates are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If they don’t know an answer, They will find a team member who does. Always willing to go above and beyond. Pleasure to shop in Brighton store.

I was very disappointed in the fact that the workers were not there to help with lumber loading in the store nor were they available to help in the parking lot. The curbside workers had nothing to do and watched me struggle to load the lumber in my van. Maybe they would say “that’s not my job!”

All the employees were rude. The assistant manager had no care for anything I talked to her about. Unless this is made right I will find my supplies elsewhere like we had to today at Lowe’s because they only filled 20 percent of my order and never told us or updated the order statues online

Outstanding people

Store is always clean, friendly and helpful. Staffed in Lumber always Super friendly and helpful “Mike“ always goes out of his way to greet my wife and I. Gets us everything we need at a very timely fashion.

Store employees are willing to help. The store management needs to investment more time in training employees on how to provide excellent customer service for high end items without making customer feel like a thief.

The store employees are always quick and eager to help. Many of the employees remember my family by name and have sent me home with suckers for my kids when I didn’t bring them to the store with me. I always get help finding what I need and the staff is so friendly!

Home Depot team members are always friendly and extremely helpful. The store is always clean and things are easy to find. I spoke to several associates during my latest trip and they all were very friendly and helpful. I always have a positive shopping experience at the Brighton Home Depot.

Though I live much closer to another Home Depot, this has been my go-to store for over 10 years now. The staff is universally more friendly and helpful, and many have become familiar faces to me. It also appears to be generally better stocked than the other Home Depot.

Every time we go here the associates know where to find the items that we need and take us to where they are located and VERY friendly and helpful

As always, this store is great. Friendlier staff than the next closest store, always clean, shelves well stocked. Seldom have trouble finding staff to help if needed.

Came into buy 1/2 osb only to find out you guys sold out of it. Your guy Mike took my number said he would call me as soon as it came in and yes he did. I didn’t need it that day due to the rain but how do you run out of wood? Your guy Mike went the extra Mile and called me “ thanks” great customer service

Excellent staff, very organized and efficient store!

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the store is well stocked with quality products, I can always find what I need and on line order pick-up is very convenient and timely.
