Horrible service, customer service is horrible

The quality of product is minimal and the staff is unhelpful and unwilling to take a second out of their day to assist their pros that spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. I sent one of my team leads to pick up supplies for my job, and when he asked the manager for help, she was unwilling to set aside what she was looking at on her phone to help.

Great Customer Service

I had gone in to purchase a washer/dryer I picked out online. Once I got home and was looking at the manual I realized it didn't have a feature I wanted. My mistake. I went back in and Laura was so helpful the second time in cancelling/re-ordering the appliances.

I had a long list of items I needed to purchase and 1 of the items was not in stock. Tevin went above and beyond to ensure I could get the item and kept the sale for Home Depot.

Awesome. Love the people there. Always helpful.

Kim who works in appliances was not only knowledgeable regarding my questions/concerns regarding a deep freezer I eventually purchased, but she was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions. She even walked with me to the register and her colleague Aparna was equally as nice and professional.

I have brought home improvement tools and garden material which ended up in completing my project on time and very cost effective.

I was in need of windows for large project and the staff was great.

I am an elementary school teacher who was shopping for a unit my class is doing on plants. After mentioning this to the ladies at Customer Service, Sophia and Shanta not only helped me locate what I needed but even offered me a discount on my items. Both of these ladies went out of their way to be friendly and personable during my shopping trip. I am grateful for the knowledge and generosity of this Home Depot.

I was greeted as I walked into the store and each employee that saw me while inside greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. The item I needed was easy to find and checkout was a breeze.
